I was very dissapointed by the receptionist her approach is shocking. She is extremely rude and a very unpleasant old lady.nnI phone the clinic and started with "hi, how are you" ? No answer. I do feel that she needs to get some training. I totally understand the Clinic is extremely busy but trying to be polite and kind does not cost anything especially when you are already going under overloaded stress.nnThe pathologist Patricia was really kind and shows empathy. She was very gentle during my blood test.nnThe nurses there were extremely kind, showing care and reassurance.nnDr Katie is the absolute best and her husband. I m glad I found this clinic through my normal GP.nnOverall thank you to Dr Baston for taking care of me and to the whole Team there. It was a smooth transition to recovery.nnI was laughing and making jokes with all of them . It makes me feel secure and happy, I left the Clinic with now having a plan which is a big win :).

I’d like to start with a massive thank you to all the staff from administration to nurses physicians, anaesthetists and surgeons.nDue to horrific menstrual problems I had a Mirena inserted whilst under anaesthesia and was scared out of my mind of the unknown, but everybody was so accommodating and supportive from the initial phone call to post procedure. I didn’t have private health insurance but luckily it didn’t matter and it was the best $550 spent. I highly recommend this clinic and the wonderful people who help run it to everyone who requires the many services they provide. Thanks again, and see you all in 6 weeks for my follow up appointment..

10/10 experience here. I was booked in for an IUD insertion under sedation and I am not a big fan of hospitals/needles and anything painful. The nurses, anaesthetists, doctors were absolutely amazing with me and so professional. I was laughing and chatting with them on the procedure bed before my procedure and walked out of the building smiling. Highly recommend!.

I seriously don't understand the negative reviews. I had a wonderful experience here. The building is slightly dated but it works in their favour. It feels like a big house and it's very far from clinical. No uncomfortable white hospital lights or sterile smell. The environment honestly felt so relaxing.nThe recovery room is dimly lit and cozy and perfect for feeling like yourself again. Plus drinks and bickies!nI'm so glad I chose this clinic.nThe nurses are attentive and gentle, the doctors are kind, and the my anaesthesiologist was bubbly and warm.nWould 100% recommend this clinic for any procedure.nThe entrance is also shroud in trees so you feel like you already have privacy upon entering.

I recently had a termination here and all the staff here were extremely friendly. Felt a bit weird being alone as my partner lives overseas but the whole process they were attentive and very friendly. I got there at 7:45am for an 8am appointment and I was sitting in the recovery area with biccies and cordial by 10:20am. Everyone here is very efficient and kind, I could not recommend it more. I’ll be coming back for my 2 week check up and my IUD insertion at a later date. :))
