I am uncertain as to why this clinic has received a low rating, as my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The nursing staff—particularly Aimee and Lisa—have demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care. We are currently under the care of Dr. Gareth Weston, who is thorough, attentive, and takes the time to explain each step of the process in detail. Given the complexity of IVF, I greatly value the dedication and support shown by all members of the clinic’s team.

Worst place in the world to try and get answers. The head gynecologist told me I had a 10% chance of ever getting pregnant naturally and by 35 I'd be baron... Hate to tell you Dr Thu Mai but I'm pregnant with my second. Naturally. Your marketing strategy didn't work on me..

Very expensive, the monash fertility doctor we were referred to was rude, unprofessional, and made mistakes with our treatment, as well as refusing to transfer our records to our gp or hospital despite multiple requests. There are many cheaper options out there with far better service.

IVF itself is a very draining and painful process. If it's not successful you feel lost and broken emotionally, physically and emotionally. For me , the whole journey with Monash IVF was a pain . I still remember the day when the nurse shouted and showed no signs of kindness and support to me. As a patient, you might have lots of questions & concerns,and if you can't help at least be nice and warm. It won't cost the world to you but maybe for a patient..
