I've visited the institute twice with a 1.5 year gap (before and after surgery). All members of the staff were helpful, patient, caring and explaining everything. Except for the lady at the reception. She often refuses to speak in english (everyone else is okay with that), grumpy and sometimes just hang you up over the phone if you ask nicely to switch from german to english. In my opinion it would be important to place someone in the first line of customer facing position who is less ignorant about the foreigners.

Thanks to Dr. Feichtinger & Dr. Fischlmaier I am currently sitting here writing this review while breastfeeding my 8 week old son. Prior to coming to this clinic we had multiple appointments and procedures at other well known private clinics in the 1st and 6th district. But nowhere did we find such a knowledgeable and friendly team as here. Our first IVF round in this clinic was immediately a success and we also have 2 frozen embryos for the future, should we want to expand our family.\nWhat I really enjoyed here was how analytical, precise and informative they were throughout the entire process. Unlike previous experiences it was not a one size fits all approach but very individual to your own circumstances and the development each day. Both Drs worked very closely with each other and shared their expertise to give you the best suggestions for success.\nThe only negative feedback I would have is that the nurse taking blood samples and showing the injection process was never in a good mood - but perhaps I just caught her on her off days.\nEither way I just want to say a big thanks to the entire team for making our biggest dream come true 💛🙏 we will definitely be recommending you to anyone who needs help with their journey to becoming parents and if you happen to be reading this and are unsure I highly recommend booking an appointment with the team right away - you won’t regret it! They also have a free consultation twice a month which is amazing and will surely convince you and help you with your journey to parenthood :).
