Very good location, rooms are clean and with lotfs of space. Tha bus station to Venice is just 10 minutes walking and you can buy tickets in hotel.nBathroom is clean and new. Breakfast is ok, they have some gluten free options( bread, cereals, eggs, cheese...).nIt is not big hotel and the staff is very friendly.

Welcoming and cosy hotel in the heart of Mestre. Piazza Erminio Ferretto is lovely, and at Christmas time it's even more lovely, with the Christmas market right outside the hotel.nThe staff are lovely (they even let me make coffee before the restaurant opened... thank you soo soo much!). The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with all amenities handy. My only qualm is that there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.nBreakfast is fresh and delicious... the panettone for breakfast is a real treat!

I recently stayed in this lovely hotel in the heart of Mestre, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Our room was cozy and brand new, equipped with everything we needed. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast offered a great selection of both Italian and continental dishes. If I find myself in Mestre again, I will definitely book a stay here!

Lovely hotel in the middle of the square.nnGreat hotel value wise, especially if you're looking for an easy way to travel to Venice.nnThe breakfast buffet is great, a nice selection of fruits, meats, and pastries.nnRooms and bathrooms are fairly clean and look decent.
