DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WANT TO DECIEVE YOU INTO BELIEVING YOU ARE BROKEN SO THEY CAN SELL YOU IVF AND DONOR EGGS.nnThey look for the smallest issue, turn it into a huge issue, crush you, decieve you, and tell you the only hope is IVF with donor eggs - I got pregnant naturally the very next month.nnI self-referred here (first mistake) because I hadnt gotten pregnant after only 4 months of trying. All my partners and I tests came back perfect except for my AMH was low. The doctor didn't even call me back, instead he got some random lady to call me and told me "you have old ovaries and a grandma uterus" "your only hope is through IVF with donor eggs".nnI found this hard to believe so I did an insurmountable amount of research with accredited medical Institutes which concluded that 1. AMH alone IS NOT a marker of fertility (it is a marker used to measure reactiveness to IVF treatment, and yes while it marks egg QUANTITY, it does not reflect egg QUALITY). 2. Breastfeeding can suppressed AMH, it can take upto 12 months for the hypothalomic-ovarian axis to return to normal (so, upto a year for this number to be correctly reflected). My AMH level was not interfering with my fertility at all, it was because I was breastfeeding - this was confirmed by me getting pregnant the very next cycle WITHOUT any intervention.nnThe clinic knew all of this and instead of explaining this, chose to prey on my insecurity and told me i was completely broken, and my only option was their most expensive treatment - because, think about it, if you're a private co.pany selling a service, you would definitely be incentivised to sell your most profitable product - even at the expense of desperate, vulnerable people looking for help.nnThis establishment operates under sinister principals and only wants your money at the expense of your hopes and dreams. This is not okay - DO NOT GO HERE..

We were referred to Oasis last summer and were really excited to start our journey to have a baby through this clinic. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely frustrating. The communication from the clinic is very poor. They make everything very difficult and don’t give answers when you ask. I called and sent messages and many times, I never got any replies. We had ONE meeting with the doctor that lasted about 10 minutes. I had several tests done between July-September and never got ANY results until October. We were told in October that I had “no eggs” but my uterus was a great candidate for IVF. They pushed hard for us to use a donor egg which we did not feel comfortable with at all. After absolutely no follow up after our telephone conversation with the doctor for next steps, except the list of fees, we decided to give up on our dreams of having a baby. Fast forward to December and we are pregnant naturally. Furthermore, my 2nd ultrasound revealed that I have fibroids which the doctor at Oasis said I didn’t have. And clearly I do have eggs since I am pregnant naturally. It seems that all they want is money and I’m extremely disturbed that they gave me the completely wrong results for my tests. Did they get my file confused with someone else? I don’t recommend this place at all.

I am writing this review with the caveat that we were ultimately able to achieve our goal and have our baby. If the only thing that matters to you is the outcome, then yes, the clinic helped us get there. However, the overall experience was far from smooth, and I believe it’s important to share the challenges we faced.nnFertility treatments are already an emotionally,. financially and physically demanding process, but unfortunately, this clinic did little to make it any easier.nnLimited Doctor Interaction: You rarely see the doctor, and when you do, the encounters feel rushed and impersonal. It seems like they may have too many patients, which impacts the level of care and attention provided.nnTerrible Punctuality: Scheduling appointments was extremely frustrating. I once had to wait four hours past my appointment time to be seen. This made planning around work and personal life incredibly stressful.nnInefficient Communication System: The clinic insists that all communication must go through their app, but the app frequently crashes. When you call for help, they just tell you to use the app creating a frustrating cycle, especially when timely responses are critical for treatment.nnLack of Follow-Up: After my first beta test, no one called me with the results. After my second, I had to chase them down with multiple calls, only to finally get a response when I became visibly frustrated. My medication was running out, and I had no guidance. The nurse’s response? "Well, don’t you have access to your Alberta Health ID?" Even if I did, I’m not a doctor; Google can only take you so far. Finding out I was pregnant in such a detached manner after so much struggle was incredibly disappointing.nnThe one shining light in all of this was Nurse Sunshine. She is the definition of what a nurse should be compassionate, supportive, and genuinely invested in her patients. Her kindness made a significant difference in our journey, and I cannot thank her enough.nnWhile we are grateful for our baby, the journey was far more stressful than it needed to be. This is a paid service and I hope this clinic improves its processes because no one should have to experience unnecessary frustration on top of an already difficult fertility journey.
