I’m genuinely unsure where to begin. I’m extremely surprised by the positive reviews for this clinic, as my experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. Here are the main concerns I’ve encountered:nn1. Poor communication: Phone and email communication with the staff is consistently unreliable. While they may return calls eventually (usually the same day or later), they rarely answer the phone in real time. When they do respond, the answers are often vague — commonly “I don’t know” or “You’ll need to speak to the doctor,” which then takes weeks or even months to schedule.nn2. Unanswered emails: Nearly half of the emails I sent (and I sent very few) went completely unanswered. Again, phones are virtually never answered, making email the only option — and even that is inconsistent at best.nn3. Lack of patient-centered care: As my treatment progressed, it became increasingly clear which areas needed further investigation or adjustment. Unfortunately, attempts to raise these concerns with the Olive team — including doctors — were met with resistance, indifference, or dismissal. I found myself having to repeatedly advocate just to be heard, which only added stress to an already difficult process.nn4. Age bias: If you are considered “still young,” be prepared to feel overlooked. This attitude wastes valuable time and may ultimately impact fertility outcomes. Every patient deserves personalized care, regardless of age.nn5. Pushing unnecessary tests: I was pressured to undergo tests that were either unnecessary or already covered by MSP — yet I was still billed. This felt more like upselling than responsible medical care.nn6. Clinic visits: Appointments felt rushed and superficial. There was little to no guidance offered, and I often left with more questions than answers.nnIn summary, I do not recommend this clinic. I am now receiving treatment at a different clinic and have had a significantly more positive experience.nIf your goal is to truly move forward in your fertility journey, I strongly suggest finding a clinic that prioritizes clear communication and compassionate care — qualities that, in my experience, were lacking at Olive.nnI sincerely hope that clinic management reads this review and takes it seriously, using the feedback as an opportunity to implement meaningful improvements. This journey is rough enough on its own and people deserve to be treated better and have a fair chance in becoming parents. Thank you..

My husband and I came in for our injection tutorial/instruction and we were a bit nervous (as one would be) - but the nerves vanished almost instantaneously meeting Vanessa U. She was kind, funny, relatable, warm and answered any question before it was even asked. As I am an anxious person, I get in my head and complicate things - Vanessa couldn’t have explained things better. I personally have never walked away from a medical appointment feeling as confident and relaxed as I do.nVanessa, if you ever read this - you’re the bees knees and we are so thankful you were our guide!nKristin & Chris.

I can’t say enough good things about Olive Fertility Centre! I was a patient of Dr. Graham and from the very first appointment, I felt supported, heard, and genuinely cared for. The whole team was incredibly compassionate and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. After a long and emotional journey, I’m now holding my healthy baby girl, and I truly believe the care I received here made all the difference. Even though my time at the clinic was relatively short, every single interaction was positive and encouraging. Going through fertility treatment can be overwhelming, but having a kind, understanding, and dedicated team beside you means everything. I’ll forever be grateful for the part they played in making our dream come true.nApologies for the late review—your kindness truly stayed with me.

I couldn’t recommend olive enough!! I am a patient of Dr.Graham and he and his team were so kind and helpful. Always quick to respond and I always felt cared about. I’m now pregnant after 4 years of infertility. I was at the clinic for over a year and never had one bad interaction or experience. I really appreciated a positive environment during a very difficult time. I’ll always remember the kindness and support. It made all the difference.
