Such an amazing experience with AART! Every staff member was so kind and thoughtful. Special shoutout to Nurse Steph, and Dr. Mike Ripley. The nurse I had during the preparation for retrieval was fantastic as well! I couldn't be more pleased with how I was treated and the protocols in place. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, I never felt like I was in the dark. Thank you SO much AART!

Review of Atlantic assisted reproductive therapies from Adrianna Pleau

AART is full of compassionate, knowledgeable, caring nurses, staff and doctors. They are always there to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. They are on this difficult, vulnerable journey with you every step of the way - with hope and encouragement. I highly recommend them and thank them for everything they did for me and my family..

Review of Atlantic assisted reproductive therapies from RSV

Unsafe, unprofessional, and completely lacking transparency.\nmake sure to read their LOW REVIEWS FIRST, as thats all true, and thats exactly what we have experienced and more..\n-No cost estimates for meds were provided before treatment—I only found out about the high expenses after I was already committed. Doctors rush through explanations, talk over you, and fail to provide clear guidance. When my IVF cycle was suddenly changed, I wasn’t even given a proper explanation about the risks or benefits.\n\n-The administrative staff is just as unprofessional—they respond late, make assumptions about whether your concerns are "urgent" or not, and refuse to connect you with a doctor/nurse even when you have critical questions before a procedure the next day. They speak over you and dismiss your concerns, telling you that your "urgent" appointment is a 2–3 week wait time—even though you are already a current patient with immediate needs.\n\n-Doctors don’t explain anything properly, ignore concerns, and provide almost no useful information. I had to Google everything just to understand what was happening and process the information they should have explained in the first place.\n\n-After a painful uterus check-up procedure, I had to stay in the clinic for 40 minutes in pain while the LPN told me to call a taxi because she "didn’t want to stay long and had to prepare supper"—even though I couldn’t even sit straight. I could have been driving in that car and gotten into an accident, all because I was never informed, never prepared, and never told that I absolutely needed someone with me. The clinic should ensure patient safety by monitoring patients for at least 15–30 minutes after treatment, but instead, they put your safety at risk, leave you uninformed, and fail to prepare you for financial costs.\n\n-After wasting over $7,000 just on medication, we decided to stop dealing with this unprofessional team and will be going to another clinic.\n\nAvoid this place at all costs.

Review of Atlantic assisted reproductive therapies from Josie Benteau

I had a mixture of good and bad experiences at AART.\nBest experience: Having Julie Forbes as our nurse during important procedures (follicle collection and implantation) and getting to see her again during an additional ultrasound to ensure everything was still going well for the pregnancy. She has an extremely patient and kind manner and I was very comfortable communicating with her. I was happy to be able to see her mutliple times. I see from her bio on the site that she worked in palliative care as well, and this makes perfect sense to me. Who better to have by these families sides?\n\nThe worst of my experiences at AART is when one of the nurses said to me, "Do you even want to do this?" in a frustrated tone, in response to me being upset during testing prior to IVF. I was in a very bad mood and shed a few tears, and she decided it was a good time to lecture me about how lucky I am to be able to do IVF, rather than showing compassion for the ups and downs couples go through during a difficult fertility journey. Having to see this nurse multiple times during my visits to AART proved to me that she was not just having a bad day the first time; she consistently proved to me that she should not be working at this clinic. I let her sour most of my experience at AART because every time I had an appointment, I worried it would be her again, unfortunately. But I cannot let one person determine my overall rating for the clinic.

Review of Atlantic assisted reproductive therapies from Kaylah Chitouras

My husband and I couldn’t say enough amazing things about AART. The staff are all incredible, helpful and kind. We found everything to be very straightforward and easy to understand… and anything we didn’t understand we found the staff to be incredibly gracious and helpful answering our questions.\n\nKaren and Dr.Ripley are two of our favourite people of all time! Karen was an incredible nurse who was by my side for my egg retrieval, as well as my second embryo transfer after our first transfer didn’t succeed. She was so sweet and kind! She was the one who called to tell us that our second transfer did in fact work!\n\nDr.Ripley performed our second transfer that was successful. We were also blessed to see him for almost all of our prenatal appointments! He was also at the hospital when our little man was born!\n\nAART has such a special place in our hearts! Thank you AART for helping bring our little man into the world!.
