About
Canadian Surrogacy Options Inc. (CSO) is Canada's first surrogacy agency, founded in 1992 and operating for over 30 years. We have supported more than 3,000 intended parents and surrogates through every stage of the surrogacy journey.
CSO offers three structured support programs, Essentials, Supported Journey, and Fast Track, each designed to provide clear communication, active file management, and consistent advocacy. Our role is to remove confusion, provide structure, and support intended parents from first inquiry through to delivery and beyond.
We work with intended parents across Canada and internationally. Medical, legal, clinic, and surrogate expenses are always separate from our agency fee, and we are transparent about what each program includes and what it does not.
