About Canadian Surrogacy Options Inc

Canadian Surrogacy Options Inc. (CSO) is Canada's first surrogacy agency, founded in 1992 and operating for over 30 years. We have supported more than 3,000 intended parents and surrogates through every stage of the surrogacy journey.

CSO offers three structured support programs, Essentials, Supported Journey, and Fast Track, each designed to provide clear communication, active file management, and consistent advocacy. Our role is to remove confusion, provide structure, and support intended parents from first inquiry through to delivery and beyond.

We work with intended parents across Canada and internationally. Medical, legal, clinic, and surrogate expenses are always separate from our agency fee, and we are transparent about what each program includes and what it does not.

I originally worked with Little Miracles for a few donations and never had any issues with communication or reimbursements. They were always super supportive.

I completed my last donation in July 2024 and reached out multiple times to staff to confirm if there were any issues with the reimbursement information. I received an email mentioning a medical issue causing delays, which I was very understanding about. However, as months passed and I still hadn’t received my reimbursement, I began sending weekly emails for updates. My reimbursement really only started to come through weekly once lawyers got involved.

I still have money that needs to be reimbursed. On February 11th, I was told it would be processed within 10 days. Despite this, I haven’t received the reimbursement and have sent 4 or 5 follow-up emails asking for an update—once again, with no response.

Im not sure what there is left to do, so I leave this honest review here.

I hope everything gets sorted out for the company in the future and that this is just a temporary bump in the road for them.
