Review of Canadian Surrogacy Options from Dia Stephens
I completed a cycle with CSO/Little Miracles and I still have not received my reimbursement. Every week I am told that the money will be in my account on Friday night and this does not happen. Then i receive an a transfer from Robyn's personal account for a portion. When this started, I did investigating and found many negative reviews from the past year of people not receiving funds. Donors and IP. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend working with them now. I have notified the donors that I have referred of this experience and I hope Robyn does better because this is a very sensitive matter for people to be taken advantage of.

I have done a couple donations with this agency. They used to be amazing. I completed a donation last October and have been told over and over again I will be reimbursed. Continue to get ghosted. I am owed thousands of dollars and am getting no response from the owner. Very disheartening after all the years we worked together..

We are currently in the process with CSO and little miracles.\n\nThe CSO team has been great. As intended parent, many steps and stakeholder are involved. We are scrutinizing all bills and steps of the process and everything has been according to what had been discussed. Heard about the storys of the past. The team we are working with is very good. Robyn is accessible and involved in the whole journey..

I’ve only done one journey and it was with CSO. The experience with Robyn was so terrible that I would not do another journey.\nThe surrogacy ended up costing me money ; her records showed reimbursements to me but that I never received.\nIt is unfortunate that she was unwell but extremely irresponsible of her to not have someone to take over daily and financial operations while she was recovering.\nThrough investigation, I have found the “positive” reviews come from her employees - who also are surrogates with CSO (double dipping for financial gain???)\nRobyn’s practices are shady and she was or still is being investigated by police.

Review of Canadian Surrogacy Options from Robyn Jeanne
If I could give CSO zero stars I absolutely would. My IPs were charged for extras like flights for a companion which I never had. I had multiple different support people within a few months as staff kept quitting and/or leaving to other agencies. The owner would consistently back me into a corner about drama I wasn’t involved with. She actively told other surrogates to avoid me because I was “trouble” after I decided to step away and stop participating in activities and/or the Facebook group. She now has a history of refusing refunds to IPs, she hasn’t reimbursed a large chunk of her surrogates or donors. My IPs waited nearly a year to get a refund when we chose to go to another agency due to this agency owners shady practices. The reviews currently on here that are brand new are due to her requesting that her current surrogates leave reviews to boost her google rating. A notice went out with an international surrogacy website less than two months ago to avoid CSO due to nonpayment and financial problems.\n\nPlease exercise EXTREME caution dealing with this agency. Her previous surrogates and IPs are unhappy for good reason.

Amazing company - Been around for years and years. Sure, they have had some issues last year when Robyn was so sick, but I'll give it to her: she couldn't even just be in the hospital and recover. She HAD to work and did everything she could to still support Surrogates, Egg Donors and Intended Parents!!\nI've done 3 journey's with her in the span of 7 years. I'd never go anywhere else - the grass isn't always greener on the other side.
