My experience with one fertility with the entire team was amazing. Dr Akinsooto is genius and the entire team is very helpful. I got my results positive in just a month. Even after having a confirmed pregnancy they checked me regularly about 2 months to make sure the baby is doing fine. I will really recommend him and his team.

The worst place to start your treatment for having baby. After a year of treatment they don’t call you if you leave a voicemail even that they don’t answer your phone call and they ask for many appointments in each month like someone laugh on you. We had a bad experience with them. I don’t recommend it for anyone..

SAVE YOUR MONEY, HEARTBREAK AND STRESS!!!! DO NOT ATTEND THIS FACILITY!!!!nTHERE IS A REASON THEIR REVIEW PAGE IS NO LONGER ACCESSABLE ON THEIR WEBSITE, ONLY ON GOOGLE DO TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS THEY WERE RECEIVING...nThis place is absolutely horrible to attend. It's very stressful suffering from infertility alone, but the lack of compassion, care and treatments this facility does is even more stressful and disgusting. They DO NOT care about your questions, concerns or fears. They don't care if you are bleeding profusely after a failed IUI cycle and leave you soaking though super pads and tampons in less then an hour and don't return your call for 6 days!!!! All these guys care about is sucking every single dime out of you that they can. They charge you for things that do not get charged for at other clinics. They hold your test results from you and give you nothing to go off. The current facility I have switched too has contacted One Fertility many times to release my test results to them as I no longer deal with One Fertility and they are refusing to transfer over my tests. They say unless I pay a fee for my hubby and I, I can not get them or my family doctor needs to request my tests results. So I contacted my family doctor to ask for them, she reached out to One Fertility a few times to get them and they still have NOT released them so I have taken it upon myself to contact a lawyer, only to find out it is in fact illegal for them to hold any test results when it is being requested from another clinic or family doctor. I have also learned a lot of interesting facts from my new clinic compared to One Fertility and they do not do things properly. For example, they gave me my trigger shot on day 10 of my cycle which i was told should NEVER happen unless your flow only lasts 2-3 days (mine lasts 6-7) then they do insemination not even 24 hours after they trigger shot you. You are suppose to wait minimum 24 hours to do insemination but for best results to do insemination 36 hours AFTER receiving the trigger shot. I have got in touch with a few of One Fertiliy's ex clients (through google reviews) and we are currently building a case against them of all the wrongful things they have put patients through and done wrong during their time there so One Fertility may not be a clinic much longer.nPlease please please DO NOT attend this facility!!!! Take your time and money elsewhere..

I will preface this review by saying we had our treatment at OneFertility back in 2019-2021. Although we had some good experiences with some of the nurses/techs, the process on the whole was very transactional and severely lacked compassion and bedside manner. Almost 5 years later, I only remember the heartache and pain I felt during this time, never any hope or reassurance. I imagine many patients coming to this clinic are in a similar vulnerable and desperate state and would benefit from more empathetic support and knowledge behind the treatment decisions and other options. We were brought in for test after test without given information about what the results mean, the next steps or cost implications up front. Based on our experience, I highly recommend choosing another clinic and also a more well rounded course of treatment or at minimum supporting your treatment by seeing another professional in tandem who can help you cope with the inevitable stress of this type of treatment (physical, emotional and financial) as well as help dig into the underlying cause for infertility to allow you to maximize the benefit of the treatment. Unfortunately, this clinic did not support seeing a naturopath while being seen by Dr.A and would not provide the results without charging yet another fee. Not doing enough research and choosing this clinic is one of my biggest regrets, cost us a world of heartache and drained our savings. After almost 3 years at this clinic we had zero success and have since (with the support of only a naturopath with some acupuncture and a simple supplement routine) had two children.
