ivf canada is the worst stay away! The staff are rude, have no idea where things are or what they are doing. No one explains anything in detail and they will bill you for things you have not even given your consent for. also parking is a nightmare on top of the rude service you will get.

My experience with Dr. Leung at IVF Canada was very disappointing. Without reviewing any test results or medical reports, he made dismissive comments about my and my husband’s age, which I found very unprofessional and premature. From the very beginning, he also made discouraging remarks about the likelihood of success with IVF based solely on age, which felt disrespectful. Despite sharing my struggles with depression, he showed little empathy or understanding, making me feel uncomfortable and unsupported throughout the consultation. Additionally, he discussed very private matters in a way that felt intrusive and disrespectful of our privacy. I expected professionalism, compassion, and respect as a patient, but unfortunately, I did not receive that. I do not recommend Dr. Leung and urge others to carefully consider their options when choosing a fertility specialist..

I just had my saline sonohysterography (SIS) ultrasound at IVF Canada and wanted to share my experience. The procedure was quick and it wasn’t painful.. It's just light cramping for a few seconds. Dr. Leung was compassionate and thorough in explaining each step. The lab technician was also professional and kind. We’ve visited the clinic several times and the staff has always been welcoming and supportive. Thank you for the great care!.

This clinic and I got off to a rocky start but it’s gotten better over time. Dr Leung is quite an awkward fellow but once I had a few more meetings with him I came to understand that’s what he’s like and he’s not necessarily being mean. He’s become a bit more gentle. His meetings are extremely brief and he doesn’t always seem concerned if you try to tell him other things about yourself, he just only looks at the evidence given to him on the computer screen.\n\nNurses and staff are very pleasant and very welcoming. I cried many times openly and they were sensitive to that. The lab team upstairs that do your procedures are great. Of course I’ll have to update my review as I go further along in the process.\n\nI understand that when there’s difficult cases and unsuccessful attempts you want to blame someone but I also realized it’s a frame of mind too and I’m trying to brush off things.

I am so grateful for the care and support at IVF Canada. The nurses, Misty and Olga, are absolutely incredible, extremely kind and compassionate. I’ve seen both Dr. Hadi and Dr. Leung who were both professional and patient in answering my many questions. The front desk team is very busy supporting many patients, but they are good and very thorough. I cannot express enough how happy I’ve been with the care at this clinic..

have had an excellent experience at IVF Canada. Their morning blood test and ultrasound process is extremely efficient, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit so much more pleasant. A special mention to the lady in the blood test centre – she is absolutely amazing! I never felt any pain or discomfort during blood tests, which is something I truly appreciate. Thank you to the team for their professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

It seems that most people have given a negative review and for myself this couldn't be more opposite... the staff are always friendly and work with me to find a good time that works for both parties. All tests and ultrasounds were simple quick and well explained. However we did wait 1 year and 8 months to do a full ivf treatment. I assume it is like this most places but I'm not sure as I haven't looked elsewhere. My fertility doctor isn't elaborate enough and I do have to ask several questions to be sure I understand what is being said. The nurses are very kind and patient with you and will answer any and all questions. It is very clean in their office and parking isn't bad if you arrive slightly early in the day. Most places around this clinic are all restaurants so parking can be harder later in the evening.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Usually I don't write such long reviews but I'm hoping to help someone not make the same mistake I did.
1. Very disorganized, no protocols, can't trust them to give you the best treatment if they mix up your files and test results.
2. They only care about taking your money with a weird policy that only 75% of fees are refundable after a certain stage in your cycle, whereas other places only charge you for the services done and not take a % anyways. You have to pay upfront for all procedures by Day 3 of your cycle, and Vivian Cong will give you a very difficult time with getting your money back.
3. Technology and procedures offered are outdated. IVF medicine is very expensive ~$10K, if you spend that kind of money you want to go to the best that will get you results (Anova Fertility is much better but you don't really get to see the doctors).
4. Dr. Peter Leung claims to be the 1st IVF doctor in Canada but he made a mistake in his "recommendations" and won't own up.
5. Doctors don't follow or have a protocol, they change the medication on a whim when I ask them questions which really doesn't give a patient confidence.
6. Staff only covers up and is very unprofessional. One of the blood work technicians wears her slippers all day long at both locations and clearly doesn't take her job seriously.
7. They make you go to the Kennedy location and close the Thornhill location whenever they want, not prioritizing their patients well being as timing is very important in the cycle.
8. Heard from my Family Doctor she had to previously pull 2 of her patients out of IVF Canada and also from my Naturopathic Doctor she's heard bad things from her patients too. Wish I knew this before wasting my time and money here.

Please don't waste your money here. You will never see your doctor. Everything is done by nurses and the fee you pay is very high compared to other hospitals. Management just squeeze money And waste your iui and ivf cycles just for money. Never heard of any success cases here. Please stay away.

My first impression at this clinic was very bad. I went there to see if I will be given assurance for my late parenting age being close to 50. I took my semen analysis reports. I was told to see a advisor who looked like East Indian guy. In the interview with him I found he probably the worst person I ever spoke to. While talking to him he remark I can share that East Indian egg donor with some other intending parents. He tried to jack up the fees. Finally he asked me to show my semen analysis reports to lab director at this clinic. I went with him and showed my semen analysis reports. The lab director who look like Chinese was frequently making eye contact with the advisor and talking per that guy taste and says there is zero motility in my semen and it could be difficult to have a baby and I can go for another semen test with them. I like another semen test but I don't like negative talks being influenced by other. I did see this place is overcrowded like a fish market. I got doubt is this hygienic in this place. Like a public Asian hospital type of environment. I did not go back to this clinic because my plans changed by seeing negative responses. In contract other fertility clinics never said the same feedback I got from this clinic. I do not understand why this place is like a fish market. No one caring or even listening to other. The receptionists have no clue who is coming into or going out of the clinic.
