I had an incredible experience being introduced to Anova. The staff is very respectful and mindful. I feel seen and heard for the first time. I love the ease of accessibility and ability to ask questions in a non-judgemental way. I wish I had found them sooner!

I want to start by saying that some of the nurses and workers were kind, and I especially want to mention Dr. Dixon she was extremely nice and caring during one of my tests. I really appreciated her attitude.nnThat said, overall, I didn’t get the positive results I was hoping for from the procedure. I'm not a medical professional, so I don’t want to judge anyone unfairly. But I do feel like the focus was mostly on the medication and the procedure itself, and not enough attention was given to other possible factors like vitamin deficiencies or other health aspects that could affect the outcome.nnWhat disappointed me the most was that unless I asked specific questions, no one really explained what I needed to do after the procedure to support its success. I feel that kind of guidance should be part of the process, not something patients have to dig for on their own.nnIn the end, I just feel like I didn’t get the results I should have, and that’s upsetting. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others in the future..

I believe this clinic is unprofessional and unorganized. My first appointment was canceled approximately 15 minutes before the meeting. I missed work specifically for this appointment. If I had canceled 15 minutes before an appointment, I would be charged a fee. How is that fair or professional. Very disappointing experience. This is definitely not a very good first impression. I definitely would not recommend this clinic..

It would take them a week to send a simple prescription to pharmacy. Reception or nursing Never answer the phone. They Reply to messages on the app on their own timing. Reception not friendly. I could not understand half of what Dr Mahmoud was saying in our video call due to thick accent and poor English grammar! Expensive parkingnIn general very poor service.
