Wait for satellite patients
If you are satellite going to the TO branch, be prepared to wait a long time(bring breakfast and lunch!) It seems they are second class citizens and are unfortunately prioritized after every other patient.

I was referred to Dr. Sharma by a friend who also had an incredible experience. I spent several years at the clinic under her expert guidance. She is thorough, efficient, informative, kind, and respectful of one’s time and timelines. Dr. Sharma and her staff helped make an innately volatile process doable and even enjoyable. I am indebted to Dr. Sharma as she ultimately gifted me with the greatest gift I shall ever receive. My daughter. If you have a chance to work with Dr. Sharma on your family journey, I highly recommend it.\n\nThe staff at Create are truly second to none. What is inevitably an extremely physical and emotional experience is made soft, personal and caring by each and every person working there. The admin staff, the nursing staff, the lab technicians, the ultrasound technicians, everyone in the OR, the genetics team, and the janitorial staff are all experts in their field and lovely human beings. If you are using a fertility clinic to achieve your family dreams I urge you to consider Create. They truly are the best\n\nFrom a satisfied queer bipoc client who is solo parenting 😊

She is a kind, compassionate doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to make you feel heard, supported, and confident in your care. From the very first visit, it was clear that helping her patients is not just her job, but her passion.\nThe entire team at Create was equally wonderful from the welcoming receptionist to the attentive radiologist. Everyone was professional, patient, and incredibly supportive, creating an environment that felt warm and reassuring. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Create Fertility Clinic and the entire team who supported me through this journey. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with kindness, empathy, and genuine care. The receptionists are always warm, welcoming, and patient. Never once did I feel like just another name on a chart. The nurses are exceptional, consistently making me feel safe, informed, and supported through every step, every question, and every moment of uncertainty.\n\nA very special thank you to Dr. Glass, whose professionalism, compassion, and expertise gave me confidence from day one. She never rushed a conversation, always listened, and helped me feel seen and understood during a time that is both incredibly emotional and incredibly vulnerable.\n\nThanks to this team, I felt guided, supported, and truly cared for, and I will forever be grateful. After going through multiple IVF cycles at different clinics, I can confidently say that she is one of the most thorough, patient, and truly caring fertility specialists I’ve ever met. She took the time to fully understand my complex history, explained every step clearly, and always made me feel heard and supported.\n\nHer customized protocol helped me achieve something I had never accomplished in previous cycles, which were healthy PGT-A normal embryos. This was a significant milestone I could not have reached without her.\n\nOverall she is knowledgeable, detail‑oriented, and genuinely dedicated to her patients. I have been a patient at Create for 3 years now and if it wasn't for Natalie P., the admin manager, I don't think I would have started my IVF journey. She was able to schedule me on the same day I asked if I could see Dr. Librach which was a decisive moment for me. She has been at Create for half her life and she is always making sure patients and her colleagues are taken care of first. No matter how she is feeling, she is still at the front multi-tasking. Natalie wears many hats at the clinic to make sure everything runs smoothly. She is patient, kind, intelligent, hard working and always goes out of her way to follow up with patients!! She has advocated on my behalf when I was struggling financially and I am forever grateful. Her colleagues speak highly of her and she has been by Dr. Librach's side for many years so it has been an honour getting to know her at Create.

Absolutely the worst clinic in Toronto, not sure where these 5 star reviews are coming from. This clinic has no respect for its clients making them wait 4 hours for an appointment is absolutely absurd. Do you think that people not work or have lives and can commit to such long appointment times for a simple appointment? I have been to other clinics and I can for sure tell you this clinic is disorganized, chaotic and in need of major modernization. They use physical paper files which the nurses carry from one room to another and where the doctor has to physically sign all orders. Every other clinic has nurse practitioners who can sign off for routine blood work but this clinic makes you wait for hours for a doctor to physically sign a requisition. You have Eastern European nurses all gathered together talking in their own languages while patients wait for the doctor. The Persian nurses the same. It’s so unprofessional waiting for hours while every one just sits and talks waiting for the doctor. They need a streamlined process, not sure why this clinic is like this and don’t tell me they are high volume because really every fertility clinic is nowadays. Dr Librach is a very passionate doctor however he forgot some important markers on my blood work which if it wasn’t for my naturopath reviewing the bloodwork would not have been picked up. For these reasons, we chose not to continue and cannot recommend this clinic. By the way it takes 6 weeks to get your blood work which you paid for. Receptionists can’t even release them which makes absolutely no sense. Dr. Librach’s receptionist Elena is rude and all the receptionist are busy talking while there is a line up of people trying to get help. Total chaos and confusion every where, the receptionist did not know the supplements that were recommended to us that we were supposed to purchase and told us the doctor did not note these on the file despite him ordering us to purchase them ASAP. Infertility and IVF is already so stressful but this clinic adds to your stress. Do yourself a favour and find a more organized and efficient clinic!!.

He’s smart, caring, and always made me feel supported. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me different options, so I felt informed and in control. His care really made a difference.\n\nThe only downside was the wait time, which could be quite long at times. I only have the most wonderful things to say about the care I have received at this clinic. First off, Dr. Librach is one of the kindest and most knowledgeable doctors who has ever helped me. Not only is he incredibly skilled, but HE REALLY CARES. Having him oversee my care was worth every second I waited in the waiting room. The entire nursing team also requires a significant amount of praise. They will LITERALLY hold your hand during your procedures and help you with anything you need. Their kindness was definitely noted and appreciated. The ultrasound technicians also deserve a complement for their care and skill (in addition to their wonderful personalities). Thank you to everyone at CReATe, I am so appreciative of all you done for me.

I have just completed my 4th egg donation with Create and I have to say, every single time you can see the tireless effort, support and dedication of these staff and Dr. L. I have always received a timely response when I’ve had questions or concerns. The instructions provided are very detailed and clear. The nurses are SO friendly and personable.\n\nThere are so many reasons you could be waiting longer one day, and the nurses were clear when the doctor was dealing with a more serious and urgent issue which I understood completely. I love create, and will recommend this clinic to anyone who needs to attend a fertility clinic for any reason.
