I had a really good experience with NewLife Fertility Scarborough. We ended up getting pregnant naturally but they did my ultrasounds until 12 weeks. The lady at reception whose name I never got was great, she always forwarded messages for me to the nurse or doctor and they always got back to me same day. The girl who does the bloodwork is great, she is so nice and gentle I hardly felt the needle, she also always confirmed with you to make sure your name is on the vile. Ultrasound technician Samia is amazing, I wish she could deliver babies honestly. She has a great bedside manner, always gentle and never makes you feel rushed. I always felt comfortable with her. Dr Faruqi is also amazing. I had a bad experience with another clinic for my twelve week ultrasound, they couldn’t get a good picture and just sent me away with no information and told me my doctor would call me to let me know what was going on. Needless to say I was very upset thinking there was something wrong with my baby. I called NewLife and the receptionist sent dr Faruqi’s secretary a message telling them what happened and they got back to me within the hour and set up a virtual call with Dr Faruqi who assured me everything was ok but the pictures were inconclusive and that they should not have sent them to him and should have just rescheduled me while assuring me everything was ok. He made me feel so much better. I highly recommend NewLife fertility Scarborough, the staff is amazing, the clinic is clean and inviting and so far I have had an amazing experience with them.

The ultrasound technician Samiya was very helpful and kind. She always made sure if her patient is okay. Overall, good experience with all the technician and staffs working in New life fertility Markham location. The results are quick here..

This review is long overdue but the Scarborough location is amazing. I am thankful for them, i am holding my baby girl now because of the help i received from their team.nnNila the receptionist was always friendly, welcoming and helpful to deal with. She made me feel like a person and not a number. She always remembered my name and was always willing to accommodate me coming in because i had a very long drive.nnMarisol- the lab technician is amazing, she is one of the kindest and nicest people i have ever met. She remembered me and little details about my life, always having a positive attitude, even with the endless bloodwork i did not bruise because she was so gentle. When i found out i was pregnant and it was a successful pregnancy she was beyond happy for me and my husband.nnSameea(not sure if my spelling is correct)- the ultrasound technician was fantastic. She remembered every detail about you, including bf my sil breaking her foot and asking how she was doing. She was always kind and compassionate and honestly made my experience worth it.nnThe only bad part about graduating from the clinic was not being able to see the lovely people who work there weekly. I have great things to say about everyone and am so thankful for them !.
