Review of Tripod Fertility from Sue Tang
We have been with Tripod for about 3 years and each step of the process has been positive. We completed 2 IVF retrievals while waiting to hear back for over a year from another fertility clinic about a funded cycle. In comparison to the other clinic, staff at Tripod always respond quickly to any questions, are friendly, accommodating, and informative. Dr. Dzineku went above and beyond to provide medication after office hours after a mishap on our end. He consistently takes the time to explain everything and we did not feel pressure for any decisions. Their office is well-managed with clear communication at every step. Although we are still in our fertility journey, I highly recommend Tripod.

I had a general consultation with Dr. Frederick, gyne at TFC, and the entire experience; from the first email to the appointment, was beyond satisfactory. The staff was very accommodating with my scheduling changes, which I truly appreciated. During the visit, Dr. Frederick asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully, and assured me there was nothing to worry about. His recommendations were clear and reassuring. I was also able to get an on-the-spot sample collection after explaining my limited availability due to work.\n\nOh less I forgot, the clinic itself is sooo beautiful, the atmosphere was clean, calm, and welcoming. I especially loved the aesthetics, including the aquarium in the reception area. The consultation and testing rooms were also well-equipped and had a sleek, modern feel.\n\nOverall, it was a smooth, professional, and comforting experience.\n\nHighly recommend!.

Working with Tripod has been the best medical experience I have ever had by far. Literally everyone on the team from their receptionists, nurses, accountants, sonographers, custodial staff, and doctors is exemplary – we know that not every couple gets their happy ending and we are only in our 2nd trimester, but we are writing this review now to convey that even if we DIDN’T conceive, Tripod really left no stone unturned in regard to our care. I had three back-to-back first trimester losses due to a uterine infection another clinic refused to check that I had, and within two weeks of being at Tripod I had a diagnosis and a treatment plan. After being pressured to pay thousands of dollars for multiple failed IUI procedures at the previous clinic, Dr. Roumain and Dr. Dzineku diagnosed, cured, and got me pregnant for a grand total of $75 dollars in treatment (plus vitamins for both my husband and me, I guess, if you wanted to count that too). They are scientifically curious and innovative in their approach to medicine, and willing to try more tailored and modern treatment strategies. I really appreciated that they did not blindly recommend expensive IUI or IVF to us without being confident about the reasons I kept miscarrying in the first place, and tested us for a variety of different things before recommending medications. Ladies, they will also test your male partners – part of a novel idea that it does in fact take two people to make a baby!\n\nTripod has followed our pregnancy every step of the way, providing a compassionate and knowledgeable environment after each ultrasound. They were both reassuring yet realistic and celebrated every milestone along with us. Their receptionists are highly responsive if you’re experiencing any concerning issues (spotting, yeast infections, you name it) and will coordinate speedy testing and care if it’s required. They do ultrasounds, biopsies, and lots of blood testing in house, so you know that it's being done right and you get the results super quickly.\n\nLastly – and I don’t know how to even explain this – but the vibes are immaculate. The clinic is clean and orderly without being ostentatious, and the staff are consistent. It seems like there is little turnover and each staff has enough time to actually complete procedures and answer questions without rushing you through your appointment. Part of the reason that this clinic took us so long to find is that they don’t really advertise, which sucks because everyone struggling with infertility or RPL in the GTA should know who they are!!! I know this review sounds too good to be true, but I really cannot think of a single criticism of the care we receive here.\n\nOn behalf of myself and my husband, we really can’t thank you all enough. I had an amazing experience at Tripod fertility, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their compassionate care. Before coming here, I wasted over a year with another clinic where I felt dismissed and experimented on. My concerns weren’t taken seriously, and the doctor was condescending and not at all empathetic. It left me feeling hopeless and scared that all fertility clinics were like this.\n\nHowever, when we made the switch to Tripod Fertility everything changed. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, understanding, and made us feel valued. Dr. Dzineku took the time to explain our options, listened to our concerns, and showed us that he was genuinely invested in helping us conceive. We never felt as though we were being pressured into services just so the clinic could make money. Within two months with Tripod Fertility we became pregnant through IUI and welcomed our baby December 2024.\n\nThe team at this clinic is professional, empathetic, and truly dedicated to helping their patients. I’m so thankful I found this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and understanding environment during what can be a stressful time. If you are like I was and not happy with your current clinic but scared to find a new one, don’t be at all. This is the place to be!.

We are eternally grateful to Dr. Dzineku and the entire Tripod Fertility team for giving us our miracle daughter, born in March 2024, after our very first transfer and a smooth, healthy pregnancy.\n\nBefore finding Tripod, we endured multiple IVF rounds at another large, well-known clinic, which ended in so much heartbreak. We experienced three devastating first-trimester losses, even after euploid transfers. We were ultimately told that we would likely never carry a healthy pregnancy and should consider alternate options. We left that clinic hopeless and traumatized.\n\nFrom the moment we met Dr. Dzineku, he became our unwavering champion. He reassured us every step of the way and went above and beyond by conducting thorough and proactive testing, uncovering several gaps that our previous clinic was not advanced enough to consider. Thanks to his expertise, I was placed on a highly personalized plan tailored for both egg retrieval and transfer. This individualized approach led to our success after years of failed attempts elsewhere.\n\nEven throughout our pregnancy journey, Dr. Dzineku and the Tripod nurses remained compassionate, patient, and endlessly supportive. They always took the time to address our many questions (we were very anxious!) with kindness and understanding.\n\nThanks to Tripod, our dream came true.
