Review of Generation Fertility Waterloo from Christina Li
My husband and I had a great experience with Generation Fertility. The staff are so warm and friendly. Dr. Campanaro can be a little insensitive when it comes to concerns about pain from the various procedures, but I appreciated that she listened when I expressed concerns about endometriosis and my thyroid when other dr.s I’ve had would not.\n\nPrimarily my experience was with the nurse practitioner, Justine, who was lovely. She was great at walking me through all the steps of each procedure and making me feel comfortable. I appreciated that she calls personally to go over results whether good or bad.\n\nCommunication was great all throughout our experience, the nurse team were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Now that we are finally pregnant we have switched our care over to Blue Heron Midwives, I will miss the care and ease of working with Generation Fertility.\nWe will definitely be coming back should we need help with our next pregnancy.

I have nothing but great things to say about Generation Fertility Waterloo. The nurses are SO helpful, kind and attentive. They always answer questions fast through email and answering them in person too. The experience and the process with them has been so great. Highly recommend!.

Working with this clinic was my best decision in a really long time. They studied my cycle for a month, pin pointed the issue and then did treatment the next month and voila, pregnant! Im over 40 and my age was never negatively mentioned.\nThe staff has been amazing, all very friendly, personable and knowledgeable.\n10/10 would recommend 👌.

From the moment we arrived, the team was very accommodating and the service was efficient and fast.\n\nJustine took the time to clearly explain to me and my husband the tests we needed to begin our journey. She was very informative, kind, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process.\n\nWhat we appreciated most was how smooth and timely everything was—we didn’t have to wait long when we came in, and we felt truly cared for. The staff are all friendly and professional.\n\nHighly recommend this clinic to anyone starting their fertility journey!
