Let me preface this review by stating clearly that I wholeheartedly believe in the guidance and direction of Dr. Victory himself. That being said, the customer service aspect of this organization has been sorely lacking on several occasions and across multiple staff members. I will highlight a few instances where I did not feel well served as a customer:nn1) We asked to have an appointment rescheduled for a different day and when we showed up on the alternate day we were told we had not been properly booked in and for us to go home. Keep in mind we live an hour away. We had to self-advocate to receive service that day rather than return home accomplishing nothing.nn2) We were told VRC internal policies differ from an IVF contract we signed. We had to self-advocate to have the better terms outlined in the contract.nn3) An email we received from a VRC staff member regarding tests with a third party contained contradictory instructions. When we tried to make contact with the sender of said email to clarify, we were unable to do so.nnI am tired of being involved in these situations. I want to have a harmonious relationship with the clinic I hired to resolve a very personal issue, not an antagonistic one. I welcome a call from the office to discuss my concerns and how such situations may be prevented in the future.

Dr. Victory is the most amazing doctor that we have ever had.nnWe've been struggling with failed IVF and embryo transfers for years and were introduced to him by a surrogacy agency. He explained to us everything about surrogacy but also told us that we could try again ourselves. He suggested some tests and also suspected endo/adeno.nnIt turned out that all his suspicions were correct. We got our Fertilysis results and the next available appointment with him was in two weeks. He made time for us on Saturday night to go through our results and came up with a treatment plan. We wanted something more aggressive (uterine washes). He told us we should first try regular antibiotics because the chance of success was quite high. I'm sure his clinic could make more money with uterine washes. But he cared more about giving us the right care than dollars.nnWe are so grateful to have him as our doctor..

Victory reproductive care, I honestly can't say enough great things.nn1. Everyone on staff is awesome. Not just doctor victory but the receptionists, the nurses, the ultrasound tech, and everyone in-between. I've been with them from 2019 till this year and some are like family to me now.nnWhen I had questions, things were explained. When I needed to cry, my nurse listened. When I had a concern, I was heard.nn2. You will have a hard time matching the expertise of doctor victory. If you're coming here for infertility help, than you made the right choice. Doctor victory is always on the cutting edge and his knowledge is invaluable. I took every piece of his advice from start to finish and here we are with gorgeous twin girls.nn3. The office is clean, modern, and accessible.nn4. It's a doctors office, like all of them there will sometimes be days where you're going to wait a bit for your appointment but that's not always the case!nn5. Good parking, enough said.nnCan't say enough good things, we're very fortunate to have this clinic here!
