If I could give zero stars, I would. From the beginning, this clinic does not care about you. You are just a number. From trying to book an appointment and being on hold to even speaking with someone for HOURS, to being played in our fertility journey. We have been trying to start the IVF protocol for more than a year and continue to have issues getting appointments not only with their doctors, even their nurses..
Our experience so far with this clinic has been quite disappointing. The care feels extremely impersonal—follow-ups are rarely with the same doctor/ nurse , and it often seems like they haven’t even reviewed your file before the appointment. If you’re looking for some compassion or consistency during your journey of trying to conceive, this is unfortunately not the place for it. You’re mostly left on your own, with little guidance or support. The wait times are excessive, and due to the lack of continuity in care, important exams are often delayed. Overall, we feel more like a number than a patient. We don’t think we would have chosen this clinic if we knew all of this ..
I've recently had an amazing experience with Celina from the OVO clinique. There was a big mix up in my file that would have lead us to wait an extra cycle to proceed with my IUI. Celina made sure that everything was settled and that I didnt have to wait to proceed. She made sure my test requisition was sent, all tests up to date and even went as far as contacting my dr to ensure that all is OK for my to proceed. I have been with OVO since 2020 and have always dealt with Celina and had an outstanding experience each time. I feel comfortable and confident that my files are in the right hands. THANK YOU!
They have been very nice and supportive in our journey of trying to have a family.
Although the waiting time is long, that’s something they’re not entirely in control of because of the high demand and lack of doctors.
Apart from that, they have been very accessible and kind. We’re very happy.
