Extremely grateful to Dr. Neal Mahutte and his amazing team, because of whom we have a little girl who is now 4.5 years old.\n\nOur journey happened during COVID, when the wait for appointments was long. Despite the long lines and long wait times, we were all patient and understood that everyone was going through the same journey.\n\nAfter one unsuccessful IUI cycle, Dr. Mahutte suggested that we move to IVF. We trusted his advice, and it was the best decision we made. Thanks to Dr. Mahutte and his wonderful team. We will always be thankful for their care, support, and kindness.

Review of The Montreal Fertility Centre from Virginie Orozco Allain
They gave me a consultation phone appointment between 1pm to 5pm (first of all, that’s a huge gap) and told me to keep my phone close and even confirmed the appointment by phone and email the week prior to the appointment. They NEVER called. I called the clinic 3 times, they never picked up and I even left a message and they never called me back. So embarrassing on their part to leave couples standing there waiting anxiously for hours, just to never even bother calling them.

I've been followed by the Montreal Fertility Clinic since November 2024 after being unsuccessful getting pregnant naturally. Thanks to Dr. Mahutte during the screening tests, he found a significant endometrial polyp, something my OBGYN team did not find previously. After my surgery, we decided to pursue IVF. We found out yesterday that we are pregnant after our third embryo transfer! Dr. Mahutte and his team have always been nothing but kind and respectful throughout every appointment. The clinic space is pleasant and there is parking available to patients. I will say that the intake process was a challenge and I can definitely see the need to make improvements. I would encourage anyone having difficulties getting their first appointment to stay persistent and keep calling back to make sure you don't get lost in the shuffle. We never had to wait long for appointments and always got the first morning appointments that didn't interfere as much with our work schedules. An immense thank you to Dr. Mahutte and his incredible team for making this dream come true for us!.

Sounds like I'm one of many, but I booked an appointment and never received a call during the time specifically stated in the appointment which has been set for 3 months now. Save yourself the heartache and use a different clinic!.

Aways repeating same protocol even if it is not working, treat you like a machine, no further explanations why it failed, you are just a number to them , sees you then bye2 try again 😡 , no further investigation of your infertility issues. Just a pure luck you will get pregnant.

I cannot recommend this fertility clinic enough! Dr. Mahutte and his team were amazing throughout my entire journey. Dr. Mahutte was incredibly kind, patient, and always took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He made me feel safe and well-cared for at every step of the process, which was so important during such an emotional experience. I also want to give a special mention to Nurse Bonnie, who was absolutely fantastic—compassionate, supportive, and always there when I needed her. The whole team, including the other nurses, provided exceptional care, and I’m beyond grateful for everything they did!
