I want to share my opinion about this Fertility center, I do not question the credibility or the experience of the doctors, I sought treatment with them and because I am a patient from another country, I made my first appointment virtually, the disorganization is so much... Administratively, when I had my appointment, my husband and I did not realize that no one passed on our information, at that appointment we told the doctor everything and he looked for our email, there is a WhatsApp app that a person assists you and then they give you a name of the person. person who will be "your guide or will assist you" they never answer phone calls and the person who assists you "in my case" is extremely indifferent, they never assimilate or analyze what you write in the email, they do not give answers and what scares me the most is that I received the email from another process from a patient (who was not me); which seems delicate to me since every process must be treated with confidentiality and privacy, the person seemed to work in a public hospital (at least that's how it is in my country) he never answered my questions, and to make matters worse I could feel the lack of interest in our case ; as if this was going to be free, they really should improve on that and check the emails and whatsapps of the people who are in charge of that function, the truth is I looked for another fertilization center with my husband always in BOGOTA and while there I found myself other patients who attended where you were and the complaint was the same..... thank God I found another Fertilization Center here in Bogotá, where my husband and I are on the right track to achieve our dream. It is a shame that because of the staff they have, one has a bad perception and they overshadow the work of the doctors and the prestige they have..

I did my egg donation with them and at first everything was very good, Dr. Tovar was very professional and efficient at the time, however in my next cycle he was no longer the same doctor, everything was terrible, I feel super distrustful, they make me feel very insecure because it seems like they don't know what they are doing, in the same way the punctuality of the attention is TERRIBLE, they make an appointment at an hour and they don't respect the established schedules, however I want to highlight the work of Dr. Rueda, who is a love and very professional. All this at the Usaquen headquarters in Bogotá. 🫶

I cannot recommend.this place enough. This was my 5th and last attempt. 2 cycles in USA, I cycle in Cecolfes (bad experience) and this was our last chance. Dr. Natalia Archila gave me an appointment via zoom and after that everything was flawless, the staff is wonderful, this clinic is serious and professional and Dr. Archila is the best, compassionate and professional, dedicated. I am 10 weeks pregnant now, I am 47 and happier than ever. My husband had the vasectomy so my case was not simple, the embryologyt, the nurses, the lab, the procedures, this clinic is 100% serious and trustable. They made our dream come true and I will be forever greatful..
