My experience with the team at Inser in Medellín, led by Dr. Giraldo, was truly exceptional. Throughout a long and difficult infertility journey, the team at Inser never let me lose hope of one day becoming a mother.\n\nFrom the very beginning, everyone at the clinic was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. The staff creates an environment where you feel supported and cared for at every step. Fertility treatment can be overwhelming, but the team’s kindness and professionalism made a huge difference.\nDr. Giraldo was outstanding throughout the entire journey. He was always available to answer questions and offer reassurance during stressful and emotional moments. His expertise, patience, warmth, and genuine compassion made me feel that I was in the best possible hands.\n\nThe clinic is located in a wonderful neighborhood of Medellín, and the facilities are very clean, organized, and professional. Everything about Inser reflects a high standard of care.\nWithout Inser and their dedicated team, I would not have my beautiful daughter today. My time there was incredibly special, and I will always be grateful for the compassion and expertise they showed me.\n\nI can wholeheartedly recommend Inser to anyone navigating infertility and looking for a clinic that combines medical excellence with genuine human care.
La confianza también es parte del tratamiento
Esta fue mi segunda experiencia con InSer y terminó con nuestro retiro definitivo. En Cartagena vivimos falta de claridad, cambios constantes en los tiempos, problemas de comunicación y un acompañamiento que terminó rompiendo nuestra confianza. Decidimos darles otra oportunidad en Medellín, donde explicamos detalladamente lo ocurrido y se nos aseguró que sería diferente.
Nos informaron que la búsqueda de donante tomaría entre 7 y 10 días. Cumplimos inmediatamente con cada requerimiento y pago. Pasado ese tiempo, nadie nos contactó. Fui yo quien escribió y me prometieron una llamada que nunca llegó. En cambio, recibimos un correo automático diciendo que la búsqueda podía tardar de 1 a 3 meses, incluso hasta un año, mientras nosotros tendríamos solo 5 días para decidir.
No me retiro porque un tratamiento pueda tardar. Me retiro por la falta de claridad, coherencia, seguimiento y cuidado humano. En fertilidad, la confianza no es un valor agregado: es parte esencial del tratamiento.

The staff and doctors are insane really are something else. My wife and I had been trying to conceive for over 3 years, and went to 3 different clinics in the states, we finally went with Inser and Juan Luis as our doctor. It’s already a pretty difficult experience, and having the best team by your side makes it that much easier, and not to mention the cost being less than a third vs US prices. After two embryo transfers, We are ready to welcome our baby boy in 4 weeks! Thank you doctor Juan Luis, and team for making our dream possible. 100% recommend them!

We had a genuinely positive experience at Inser. From the beginning, Natalia and Dr. Ospina guided us; helping us with the paperwork, understanding the process and all possible outcomes based on our specific circumstances, finding a hotel (Biohotel is excellent by the way!). Natalia is such a sweetheart, any and all of our requests for help were met with a big smile and swift responses. From guidance to groceries, restaurants or places to see in Usaquen. Dr. Ospina is also an angel, with a calm, professional and reassuring voice. He also guided us through the process from start to finish. We would also like to give huge hugs to Dr. Ivan, Dr Lina, Paula, Paola, Jennifer and our embryologist Paola (happy mountain). In the end we wish to thank God and our Inser family for our success thus far and through the grace of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ we pray that our next visit to Colombia 🇨🇴 would be to introduce our baby 🍼 to all of his/her Aunties and Uncles!! Two visits to the clinic "INSER" one round to make people happy. I traveled for the US where doctors were giving us hope just for money. I highly recommend this clinic.

The doctor Jorge Rincon was great and knowledgeable. Unfortunately his admin staff was unprofessional and misleading. I was clear about my limited time in the country and scheduling needs. They assured me that my timetable would not conflict with getting the requested surgery so I paid the consultation fee. Then after they collected the fee they provided me with a surgery date 2 days from my departure when the doctor indicated you cannot travel until 7 days after surgery. Complete bait and switch. They admitted that there was a miscommunication between the 2 admins responding to me via Whatsapp and that it was their fault for the false promises but refused to refund me the consultation fee.

Facilities are a joke charging $230.000 COP for a Spermogram. You can hear the workers talking outside your room and through the air condition vents. I’m tall enough to look through the vent and you can see in the other room. No couch or chair to relax - a little bench lol. Save 150.000 COP and use a delivery service from home.

We did not have any success here with two separarte IVF treatments. 16 and 14 healthy eggs were extracted with only 1 surviving for each treatment. This seemed strange . We fell pregnant soon after without IVF with twins ..

Dr. Juan Luis Giraldo and his staff were wonderful to work with during the emotional roller coaster ride of the IVF process. Both my husband and I cried tears of joy with the staff during our successful embryo transfer (with donor egg). We are currently due to have our baby Feb 1st, 2025 and couldn’t be more happy and grateful to Inser and how they understood that time is of the essence when it comes to building a family at 44!

Great kind Doctors.\nThe first round the embryo did not stick.\n2nd round it stuck but unfortunately ended up being ectopic.\nNow I'm excited to do a 3rd trial! May God mercies preserve me. I usually travel from USA to Inser clinic.\nTheir prices are lovely and every staff treats you with respect. I recommend this Clinic to all couples struggling with having babies!
