I can't express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received in Gennet! The clinic's environment is warm, caring, and equipped with the latest technology, ensuring the highest level of care.nA special shout-out goes to Katerina x the amazing coordinator. She went above and beyond in every way. Katerina is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients and was there to offer support whenever I needed it. First FET transfer and currently pregnant. Prague is a beautiful city, I feel like picking this clinic and travelling there from Ireland was the best decision we could have made

Before signing the contract, the clinic made a great impression: quick email responses, attentive coordination, and a professional approach. However, after signing the contract, things changed. Responses are now significantly delayed, and I feel forgotten as a client.nnRecently, I had to wait four days for a response. I was told that the coordinator is overwhelmed and has to respond even during their non-working hours. While I feel sorry for the staff working overtime, such an organization raises serious concerns for me.nnI asked the manager questions about how this workload affects other specialists like doctors and embryologists. Will they be able to carry out procedures on time? Will the information about embryo development be updated daily, as was promised?nnNow it has been more than 24 hours since I sent my last email, and I still haven’t received a response. This is deeply concerning, especially since stimulation is scheduled to start next week. How can I trust the clinic when such delays in communication seem to have become the norm?nnIt’s not just the coordinators who delay responses; now even managers seem to be ignoring emails.
