Can't say enough wonderful things about all of the staff who work at PFC. I was coming from Canada, and I felt like I was seen, heard and supported through every step of the process. The facility is clean and very professional, I felt that I was receiving higher quality care than any clinic I have been to in Canada. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs help with fertility..

Everything was great with the whole team. The coordinator was superb in communicating every step and responding to my questions and concerns. Also the doctor was really approachable. I found them all pretty flexible! And as a bonus, we were lucky enough to he successful at the first embryo transfer, as I have now attached my little 6 weeks old girl to me while writing this :)

I had immunology testing done at PFC. On the day of my appointment, I was given both a cost estimate and an invoice, which I paid in full — after waiting about half an hour just to receive it.nnThe doctor I saw was kind and professional, which I appreciated.nUnfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t meet my expectations. I had to speak to the coordinator in the lobby, not even in a private office, and overall the process felt rushed and impersonal.nnAfter the visit, I reached out to ask for medical advice and a prescription. I didn’t get any reply for over a month — and when I finally did, it wasn’t a medical response, but a €54 invoice for a “cytology fee” that was never mentioned before.nThis charge was not in the estimate, not discussed during the visit, and not included in the original invoice I paid. The new invoice was also dated with the current day, even though I haven’t been in the country since the appointment.nnI’ve informed my coordinator that I won’t be continuing treatment there.nThe doctor may be kind, but that alone isn’t enough when communication, organization, and transparency are so lacking..

Keep away from this clinic.nWe have been through the entire time communicating with the coordinator, and they did reassure us that %95 success rate , my wife did undertake the heavy protocol and been rushed to for the transfer before checking all is fine, we did pay for extra test which we never received result (which we paid for!!)nwe were told that the eggs were at the 72hours stage of development. They were both described as excellent. I had an independent second opinion since then and only one embryo was acceptable but not great, the second one was of rather pure quality. Still I’ve paid for 2 “excellent” embryos and even though the clinic and doctors must be aware of the poor quality I was still offered an additional treatment which in my case was absolutely pointless because of the quality of the embryos. It simply is a cruel process from the clinic as they just take an advantage of patients desperation even though from medical point of view there is no chance for a success.nnNow thinking about it I should have walk away sooner. I had to chase emails on several occasions as the coordinator Zuzana would not reply for days. And when eventually she did there was not even an apology for the delay 2 weeks before my transfer I found out through an automated email notification that she won’t be around at the time of the transfer which meant that at the most stressful time I had to rely on someone who hasn’t dealt with my case from the beginning. She also sent prescriptions which were incorrect and my protocol appeared to have errors and missing information.nnOverall a poor and disappointing experience and I would definitely not recommend this clinic.
