I would like to share that I chose Pronatal based on a recommendation. However, I truly believe that without the support of the Serbian coordinator, Marina Mišković, I may not have gone through with the decision to proceed with egg freezing there.\n\nMarina has been exceptionally professional, dedicated, and consistently available to answer questions and provide support. I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff — unfortunately, my experience with them was quite the opposite.

After the two unsuccessful transfers we had at the Sanatorium Pronatal Clinic, the only answer to our question: "What's the problem?" was: "We are sorry". Just that much. We had no opportunity before or after each transfer to talk to any doctor, to get any explanation, any advice or words of comfort... nothing. I find it extremely unprofessional on their part. It seems that for them we were just a "walking credit card"!.

The clinic doesn’t feel like a hospital but radiates peace and comfort, making the whole process significantly less stressful compared to other facilities. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, ensuring everything runs smoothly. I especially want to thank Jelena Tesic, who was my coordinator throughout the entire journey. Her guidance and support made all the difference. Don’t waste your time elsewhere—this is the place to trust!.
