Review of Repromeda from Annaliese
I started my journey with them in 2019 when I was 33yrs. This clinic is mainly focused on money,the service is subpar compared to the money you pay. I had 3 transfers in that clinic which all failed,after consulting with a clinic in Spain to continue the process they requested paperwork from repromeda that maybe explained why and what was done and if there was any changes in what was done. There was no follow ups on why I had any failure which meant I had to start from scratch again with testing to see if there was an issue,during this time I tried to communicate with the clinic but my coordinator had maternity leave and I was assigned one lady that didn’t care enough to communicate and I was extremely unhelpful that we made the decision to move to Reprofit. Reprofit too request paperwork maybe with a little explaining on what might have been done differently during the 3 failures I had,I did let them know there was no anything recorded to that but they worked perfectly with Gutenberg clinic in Spain and both agreed on all the missed tests that I needed. I have been so happy to move and I found out a few of the people I know moved from repromeda to Reprofit as Repromeda is very money hungry and had terrible customer service. I will not recommend this clinic as they don’t care about how vulnerable this process and how much understanding is needed to oversee clients with these kind of special need..

I deeply regret choosing Repromeda for fertility treatment. My experience has been marked by significant delays and complete lack of communication. I waited months for my PANDA results with no updates, and repeated attempts to get in touch were ignored by my assigned coordinator, Pavlína Šmídová. Unfortunately, she has proven to be unreliable and unresponsive.\n\nRequests for basic administrative matters—such as issuing an invoice for oocyte storage or updating my address—have gone unanswered for over a month. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a setting where timing and clarity are critical. Sadly, Repromeda has not met even the most basic standards of professionalism or accountability.\n\nI cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking reliable and respectful fertility care.

Review of Repromeda from Ivana Vasilj
First and foremost, I would like to thank the whole Repromeda team, especially the laboratory, for literally creating our child. I want to give an honest review, because of course when you see 5 stars you know that those couples had a happy outcome. We are not an exception and I would recommend Repromeda if only for their superb lab skills. We had been trying for more than 5 years before, and had plenty of unsuccessful transfers in our country before deciding to try here. I went through 2 stimulation cycles in Repromeda, which were 4 months apart; the first one resulting in 3 blastocysts, the second one 0. I would probably try more stimulations to have more embryos for PGT if I hadn’t been mad and disappointed the second time. Dr. Filkova decided to change my medications on the first day of my cycle when I had already bought the previously agreed ones. The new approach required to postpone for 1 cycle. So, waist of money, changing logistics since we live in another country, and then in the meantime my husband had an extremely high temperature for a couple of days one month before the next try which we think also contributed to the bad result; maybe it was our stupidity forgetting to take that into account but I think they should have asked if they are really advertising the “personal approach”. After that I just wanted to check the euploidy of those 3 from the first and only successful cycle and move on to another clinic or very probably even give up since I am 39 years old at the time. Very fortunately, 1 of the 3 was euploid and resulted in successful transfer and pregnancy for which we will be eternally and immeasurably grateful beyond expression. Besides the lab personnel, I would like to thank Viktoria for her warm support during the transfer visit, and also wholeheartedly recommend the acupuncturist Dominika. Thank you all.

Review of Repromeda from Kamila Nejedla
I was very happy with Repromeda’s service for both of my pregnancies (first birth August 2023, and I’m currently 12wks pregnant from first frozen embryo transfer). Both coordinators were exceptionally kind, caring and professional, and communication was always very good. We went with the top tier egg donor package, which was very good value compared to purchasing eggs from egg bank. From the one egg retrieval/insem we got enough embryos for 2 pregnancies. Definitely recommend..

Review of Repromeda from Alejandra G
We decided to do our IVF treatment in Repromeda because we did some research and found that Repromeda was listed as one of the top clinics in Europe.\n\nAt first everything was great, the service, attention from staff and doctors, etc. We did the hormonal stimulation and decided to go for the PGS Test because they insisted, saying it increased the chances (apart from being expensive, my current doctor definitely doesn't recommend it for someone younger than 40 years old). So we came back after our embryos were tested to have the first embryo transfer. I got a positive test but it decreased after a few days and I was told it stopped developing. We received no other explanation than that or any recommendation as to what to do to prevent it. So we went for the second transfer a month after and it didn't work. Again, we didn't receive any explanation or recommendation for the third transfer, which as we expected, didn't work. They didn't even ask if my pregnancy test was positive or negative after that.\n\nI'm not writing a bad review because it didn't work, but because of the attention and service we got, specially from the doctors. We got 3 different doctors for each of the embryo transfers, and they didn't follow up or gave any explanation or advise during the whole process.\nSo I definitely don't recommend Repromeda at all.
