Very lazy people! Nobody wants to work. They just drink tea, look at the phone or out the window. During an appointment, the doctor thinks more about his vacation than about the patient. The nurses and secretaries are very rude. Because you, as patients, distract them from reading news on a mobile phone.nI have not experienced such ignorance and humiliation for a long time. And yes, they treat foreigners badly. To them you are just trash.

We have made a couple of treatments at this clinic and we can absolutely not recommend them. We have not felt taken care of and the information from the clinic has not been clear. We have not felt that they have wanted to help us in the best possible way.

We have had to postpone treatments due to unspecific information, we have been wrongly accused of not following recommendations, they have sent incorrect invoices, the have thawed the wrong amount of embryos and finally they forgot to throw away our remaining embryos. When we have talked to them about these issues they have not been interested in listening to our point of view.

I would strongly recommend everyone to choose another clinic. Choose a clinic where you will be well taken care of and treated with respect and kindness. Good luck!
