Dear Dr. SERGENT PHILLIPEnnThis little message to share with you our immense joy at having seen the birth of our little girl Medina born on 10.11.2024, a happiness which was only made possible thanks to your intervention and the professionalism of your service.nnWe had waited almost 10 years before coming to see you and deciding to get help thanks to an IAC. We were exhausted during our first appointment. because we had previously seen another specialist who sorely lacked human warmth and who gave us great doubt.nnRegardless, today we welcome into our home a pretty little girl, bathed in love, and of whom we know that every minute of happiness spent at her side is the fruit of years of research and progress to help new parents in difficulty.nnAnother HUGE THANK YOU, you have been great from the start, professional, organized, responsive and very reassuring. There are few words that can describe our gratitude for what you do every day. Your face will remain engraved in our memories, every time we watch our daughter grow and flourish...

We would like to warmly thank Dr Libarle and the team at the Rhône-Alpin Institute without whom we would not have had the joy of being parents. Dr. Libarle was able to accompany us through the ups and downs, always listening deeply and with kindness. Thank you 👏

After long years of worry and misunderstanding we received on 02/09/24 the most beautiful gift for a family, the birth of our daughter. A huge thank you to Ms. Pont who was able to find the solutions and who accompanied us with kindness and simplicity in this very complicated journey.nThank you very much.

I don't know where to start. I tried to make an emergency appointment to see a gynecologist, following advice from my pharmacist. I see that Doctor Libarle on Doctolib has availability for the next day, Tuesday December 10, 2024, and that she is accepting new patients. However, I only realized afterwards that this was not about an obstetric consultation, because there was a “/”.nnThe next day I received a call at 7:50 a.m. that I couldn't take. Calling back around 10 a.m., I came across a very unpleasant medical secretary. I explained to her that I had received a call, without a message, and she replied curtly that it must have been a mistake. Then a blank, no more explanations. When I tell her that I have an appointment today and that this call could be linked to it, she tells me with a laugh that yes indeed it was to cancel my appointment because of my age?? Young people and fertility aid don’t go together??nnExcept that recently I am already a mother at 22! And his sarcastic tone about my age really bothered me. I find this unacceptable, especially in the medical field. My partner and I were subsequently referred to a reproductive assistance service to consider a second child because of our health problems.nnI will not return to this doctor and I will not recommend him to anyone. Being judged from the first contact is not what I expect from a health professional! Furthermore, after clarifying that I was a mother and that my age had nothing to do with it, the secretary hung up! It’s sad to see a doctor represented by a secretary who gives such a bad image. Before expecting respect from patients, it would be good to respect them first!
