What Patients Are Saying
The experiences shared by clients highlight both strengths and areas for improvement. Several reviews commend the quality of medical care and the availability of English-speaking staff. However, multiple feedbacks indicate issues with reception staff communication and appointment scheduling processes. Addressing these concerns could enhance overall patient satisfaction.

The reception lady is not nice. Already two times we felt her “welcome” was rude. I just asked her where is the room n and she looked at me as if I am stupid and talked to me as if I ask her a stupid question. Not a pleasant image...

I am completely satisfied with the quality of my medical care before and during the scan I had at Belharra. However, I was disappointed that I had to wait more than an hour after the scan. As there was nothing to pay - I have an ALD - I could have left earlier. When I asked the receptionist if I could go, she said she had called me several times. This can't be correct as I was no more than 5 metres outside her open door and I am not deaf. I really think she could have made more effort. There were only 3 other patients in the waiting room. She could easily have asked me directly. It's not a big deal, but if you want feedback, then the receptionist could have done her job better and saved me the tedious and frustrating wait. Thank you.

Made an appointment and barely found a place two weeks later. A couple of hours before the appointment they cancel it without a reason. I can't even reschedule online as the scheduling tool says it's not possible to do this online..
