there is no reason to visit it, the doctor is only interested in profit,the doctor says my wife should continue the treatment and the one standing next to her understands not to continue the treatment. totally displeased by all the rest who show their professionalism only to send you the bills and pay them.We waited for a phone call to tell us when the embryo transfer will take place which never happened we ran to find out if the embryo transfer will finally take place,stay away don't waste your time…You might need a lawyer for them

We did ICSI procedure twice at this clinic. First time the nurse stopped my hormonal therapy by not sending the complete prescription to the pharmacy, neither was there an apology nor an explaination. Second time they failed to phone us and inform embryon was fertilized and that I was scheduled on Monday for a transfer with another doctor, who didn't see from the documents there were 2 and not 1 embryon to be transferred. When I asked for the documents so we could move on to another clinic, the data did not match the papers I was given by a doctor - should I mention that I was a private patient? Not a clinic I would recommend..

From our experience with this clinic, I would say that it is best to hire a lawyer right away, because their opinions change every few days, but now I will tell you briefly what it is about: So, during the egg retrieval, they told us that they removed 5 pieces. When we said that we wanted to freeze the egg cells for subsequent treatments, they told us that there were still four pieces. During the first transfer, we wanted to try with two embryos, so there were two more embryos left. The first transfer was negative and the next transfer we decided on one embryo, so one remains frozen. When we came to check the results of the other transfers, we received two shocks, the first was a negative result and the second was that we no longer had a single embryo. And they sent the invoice for the freezing . And now we are interested in where the fifth and last frozen embryo disappeared? That will be a question for the German Prosecutor's Office. Our rating is zero.
