We had an IVF procedure at this center. Everything was great. We had tried before at another clinic in another country and we had all the papers prepared so we were able to start very quickly. They didn't ask us to repeat any of the tests we had already done. Dr. Nora Bordignon was very competent, really friendly and positive and made sure every time that everything was going according to the plan. We never had the feeling that we were overcharged, on the contrary she advised us not to choose some options that were not needed in our case. We were very happy with everything.

We are - actually were- the patient of Frau Voss since 2020 and thanks to her, I am now 18 weeks pregnant with a baby girl. Unfortunately fertility treatments are never so easy to handle both emotionally and physically but we trusted her since from the beginning. My husband and I were not sure if we would achieve the pregnancy but even if we would not, there would be no reason for me to blame my doctor as nobody can guarantee such thing, let's be honest. Whenever I had a question she was always there for us, always listened us carefully. Reaching via telephone to clinic was not so easy but I always got them eventually.nnI personally highly recommend them!.

I don't recommend at all. I understand nothing can be promised with fertility treatment but this is not a case. Most doctors are unprofessional, rude and dismissive. Every appointment is 10 mins and rushing and every time with someone else. This place is all about quantity not the quality. Once doctor was rushing so much, she forgot to give me a prescription for one of the injection. Thank God it was Saturday next day so I didn't loose the cycle, i managed to get the prescription and the medication. Once on the op day, nurse didn't place the canula properly, blood and anesthetic was leaking out. I Was half way concius pulled by anesthesiologist to the op room and whatever he have done I've fallen asleep properly then. Extremely traumatic for me. No one cares to do things better, they just do bare minimum. I have hormonal problems and they call themselves hormone center not just fertility centre and yet they didn't seem to care. Progesterone prescribed to use too late instead of as soon as ovulation finished, as I discussed my case with my endocrynologist. Anything you suggest they feel insulted or dismissive. If you wanna go there you need to be a doctor yourself and know it all. only then they won't waste your money, time and emotions. I regret ever going there.

The center is completely not to be recommended. Very unprofessional from the very beginning. The assistants forgot to test for the most important blood results and let me know just before the treatment. I was aware that the treatment may not have the outcome I wished for, however, the doctor said right after the surgery that everything is fine, and I should not be concerned. Then I found out via letter that it all completely failed.nThere were still lots of risks associated, however, I was not aware of these at the time and trusted the doctor with the assessment.nnThe doctor would not discuss the right way to do the injections, I was completely on my own and did some of it wrong as I was doing my first shots.nnI still receive invoices from 2019 that no one can explain or send me the original for. I paid of course everything in 2019 in one invoice.nnThis is not only one terrible experience but many on different levels..

Stay away!nWe had very disappointing experience at this clinic. At first the doctor and the staff made very good impression but quickly it all became very disrespectful, especially the main nurse who present herself as " the right hand of Prof.Kissler". This lady is extremely impolite and rude, even tends to higher her voice to patients. We were very disapointed that despite a very high TSH level (2,6) for women who want to get pregnant ( it should be about 1) no treatment was allocated to bring the level down until shortly before allocated insemination when the TSH was already 4.6 which is clearly ovefunctionality of the thyroid. If I did not ask to get the TSH again tested shortly before the insemination, the procedure would have taken place with such a high level of TSH which could have led to serios complications in case of pregnancy. On the question : "Why did not you allocate me treatment earlier to get the TSH level down", the responce was that "It is my responsibility to get my hormones regularly checked! "And this from the personal from a Hormone Clinic and Reproductive Medicine that are responsible to monitor their patients and at which me and my husband were patients. We were frustrated by the behavior and responce, as well as shocked that such important hormone such as the TSH was left untreated until it reached a very high level. We are not aware of the reasons, but definitely not adequate treatment at Hormome and Reproductive Medicine Klinik ! So we changed to another clinic where we received superior treatment and respectful attitude.nWe do not recommend this clinic at all !!
