Had to wait for an appointment one month and on the day of it, just two hours before the appointment it was cancelled because the doctor got suddenly ill. I was offered another appointment in one month. No, thanks. Don't waste people's time.

This clinic is fairly opaque about the potential costs that can incur. During my first visit, I was only looking for an initial consultation and they tricked me into doing an extremely expensive blood test without informing me the cost. When I asked for the ultrasound pics because my insurance company wanted it, they instead wrote me a physical letter and charged me another 20 euros or so without telling me in advance just for that stupid letter. Stay away from this clinic, they are trying to squeeze every penny out of your pocket without telling you and just send you the bills with lots of surprises.

Edit update : I am blessed with a baby boy in July! I so much wish to visit Dr. Herr Hahn and personally give him the good news. Again I cannot thank you all enough for everything. It became possible just because of Dr. Herr Hahn and his team. God Bless you all and Wish you a divine and blessed Christmas and New Year 2024!nnExtremely positive experience I had. Dr. med. Herr Hahn is the angel who has guided me at every step and made impossible things possible. I had a couple of miscarriage histories and the added issue is my age. Dr. has been very patient to hear my issues, comforting our anxiety. With his expert treatment, and trying his best to keep things natural (not IVF), I am now pregnant! The receptionists and phlebotomists are awesome and they were kind enough to allow me to speak in English as I am new to Germany. In short, I would recommend TFP Kinderwunsch Frankfurt to anyone going through fertility issues. You just have to trust the process and the doctors and it will be all positive. Wish you all good luck as well best wishes to TFP Kinderwunsch!.

Very disappointing to put your hope into such careless people!!! Super unreliable, they say something and then don't respect their own plan. Selling dreams without caring about the pain they bring.....nDr. Scharsch did not even bother to reply my email after our first consultation. 😒nThe info he shared with me and the info shared with his team was completely different. Or maybe they are just on the same page to fool people!nThis company is just a money maker without putting soul into it.nWe come to you with an important and sensitive matter. STOP treating us like things!!!! SHAME ON YOU !!!.
