A disaster! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this fertility clinic. Even making an appointment is extremely difficult. The phone is either constantly busy or no one answers – even if you do get through, the line hangs up the next second or is busy again.nnThe first consultation with Ms. Ritter was disappointing. We did not feel we were in good hands, and after describing the conversation, our gynecologist and family doctor expressly advised us against using this clinic again. In the very first consultation, we were immediately advised to undergo a costly surgery (€4,000) without going into sufficient detail. Only after asking specific questions did we receive sparse information. We were also told that the health insurance company would not cover the costs under any circumstances – which neither our gynecologist nor the health insurance company itself could confirm.nnNumerous tests and blood draws were performed, but there was no transparent feedback, neither regarding the reasons nor the results. We did not receive any results, and this was not addressed in a subsequent consultation. Was there a profit to be made here, too?nnI cannot understand the positive online reviews. It's also striking that critical reviews are apparently not visible – they must have been deleted. The clinic currently has 4.9 stars. However, I can no longer find the 3-star rating in the overview below. If my review is also deleted, I will post it again!nnBased on our experience, we can unfortunately only advise against using this clinic. Professional and trustworthy advice is far from the case. Instead of receiving support, we had the impression that the focus was primarily on expensive treatments.

Ich kann das VIF wirklich nur voll und ganz weiterempfehlen! Zu jeder Zeit habe ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben und verstanden gefühlt. Frau Dr. Nell und Frau Dr. Vasko haben sehr viel Erfahrung, sind wirklich überaus kompetent und dabei noch sehr einfühlsam für die individuelle Situation. Auch das gesamte Team von den weiteren Ärztinnen über die Biologinnen bis hin zu den Helferinnen ist wirklich jederzeit freundlich, einfühlsam und aufmunternd. Von Herzen Danke an das gesamte VIF-Team für eure großartige Begleitung!!!.

I can really recommend the ViF to every woman and every couple. I am being treated by Dr. Ritter because of my severe pain and my desire to have children and for the first time I feel understood, taken seriously and really in good hands. She answers every question and with her friendly manner she lightens up every situation. The ladies at registration are always friendly and accommodating. Overall, the ViF is a really great practice and you feel completely comfortable!❤️.
