I am very satisfied and can highly recommend the clinic. I felt valued, taken seriously and well advised at all times. Sufficient time was also taken in substitute situations. The patients I met during my short treatment period were also satisfied and some of them were there for the second time (after their first, successful treatment). In my case, only about 5 months passed from the consultation to the ultrasound, where a heartbeat was detected, so it was successful on the first attempt. Of course, this is individual for everyone. Ms. Rübberdt is a very warm and empathetic doctor. Many thanks to the entire team. We would like to come back in a few years.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in der Klinik sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich bin schon in vielen Praxen gewesen, aber in keiner davon waren die Mitarbeiter an der Anmeldung so emphatisch und freundlich, wie in dieser Klinik. Das macht meiner Meinung nach so viel aus. Wenn ich am Telefon schon freundlich und gut gelaunt empfangen werde, komme ich auch gerne wieder. Wir sind nun schwanger in der 12. Woche aus der Klinik entlassen und würden sie aber immer wieder weiter empfehlen.

Some of them are super competent doctors 🤩 but ladies at the reception unfortunately re very difficult to deal with 😵 😪their way or the highway... Such stubborn ladies 🥴and moreover, some of them, guessip while u r standing there thinking u don't understand German at all. I mean one lady just mumbled something like what is she here? and other answered, an ultrasound. Like seriously🙄 just because I don't know much German doesn't mean that am zero🤨 talking about u while u standing infront of them😁 typical German women somehow.🙄. these kind of staff re most annoying to deal with..I hated to call when I wanna make an appointment with Dr Ebert..it was the most frustrating experiences at the beginning and now Thanks to God, I learnt how to scape the nightmare...I just simply press 2 and there's a nice lady who picks up always😊 i felt a little relief🙏anyhow, the reason I gave 4stars is because of these wonderful doctors I ve been with, otherwise I would rated with zero star for these unprofessional staff at front desk or reception😉
