I was treated by Mr. Nassar and was very satisfied with him. Unfortunately, the first attempt didn't work, but the second one (cryo test) did and I'm now 28 weeks pregnant and waiting for my little miracle.\n\nAs a couple, we always felt we were well advised and can recommend the clinic without reservation. Of course you wait a lot in the waiting room, but you shouldn't forget how many patients are being cared for there and that everyone should receive appropriate advice. It's difficult to be patient, but the team is doing what it can. In addition, there are patients in the operating room who have priority over “routine appointments”. I'm sure everyone would want that.\n\nThe reception was always friendly and we always received quick feedback via the patient portal.

There are only two negative points:\n1. It is very difficult to get through on the phone.\n2. Very long waiting times despite appointments\n\nPositive:\n1. Before treatment begins, a reasonable anamnesis is taken\n2. Various examinations were carried out before the first ICSI started (2020)\n3. My treating doctor, Dr. Grigor, was always there for my concerns during practice times and was super empathetic. If she was unsure, she wasn't afraid to consult other doctors.\n4. The fourth Icsi was our success, in principle the first, which was a biochemical pregnancy.\n5. When my doctor was on vacation and someone else took over my treatment, a handover took place in advance, this was clearly noticeable in the appointment and that was a very nice feeling for me.\n6. We wanted to have a sibling, after 2 unsuccessful Icsis (zero fertilization, poor fertilization rate) a chromosis analysis was carried out, which I refused in the past. Thanks to Dr. Wohlers and your urgency before the last ICSI, I carried it out and because of the abnormalities, I would like to focus on my current miracle.\n\nI am very grateful to the entire practice, because without each and every one of them I wouldn't have my child in my arms. If our thoughts change, we would go back to practice!

We have been receiving treatment for a year now and I have to say a very great, nice, pleasant crew! What stands out above all are the assistants, Ms. Demmler and Ms. Sahin, and of course our doctor, Ms. Pankoke!!! Both super nice, competent and friendly, highly recommended and at this point, best regards Nadine and Marc❤️.

We can highly recommend the treatment at Novum. The whole team was always very friendly. We were treated by Dr. Nassar. We felt like we were in very good hands with him right from the start and had complete confidence in his advice! He is very competent, sensitive and takes his time. He recommended IVF, and on the third attempt, which was a cryotransfer, it worked :) I'm now in the 14th week of pregnancy, we're very happy! Thanks for everything Dr. Nassar :).
