I don't recommend Green-ivf. At least, not unless you want to get a lot of stress from communication with Green-ivf employees on top of huge stress of stuggling with your diagnosis on itself. This is not the place where you get personal approach as they shout loud on their website.nnIf you choose this place, be ready that you will be treated as a broken machine, which they will try to fix. But don't expect to be seen or heard as a human struggling with such a treacherous diagnosis as infertility.nnYour privacy is not respected here. So don't be surprised when you see a cleaner or other non-medical staff walking around with your medical records in their hands.nnBe prepared that they will lose your papers, don't send you prescriptions on time, don't pick up the phone and respond to your emails in a very unprofessional way.nnJust before the most important moment of the whole treatment - embryo transfer, be ready that their finance adviser will be yelling at you and threatening you because she is missing some papers that they lost. Even if you pay all your bills always on time.nnAh, one more thing. The most important, you're supposed to keep your mouth shut. Because if you try to say something about misconduct of the employees of Green-ivf, their professor boss will kick you out of the clinic. Even if you are in the middle of the treatment. He will call you a liar as your opinion and your experience means nothing to him. Your treating doctor will turn her back on you because she is so dependent on what her boss tells her to do. Even forgetting the Hippocratic Oath.nnGiven the profit-oriented mindset of the management of Green-ivf, I advise you to look for another clinic where you can place more trust..

At the beginning everything seemed fine. Nice people and a nice clinic. But this, as it turns out, is only true when everything goes as expected.nnIf you need anything that is not 100% regular. For instance of your insurance is slightly different from standard, these people will not help you, support you or even try to be friendly about it.nnIf you give a little bit of criticism in a friendly way, they will shout at you and even threaten you.nnWhen you go through IVF, it is a very stressful situation. If you go here, prepare for this stress to be multiplied, simply by the way you are treated.nnI have proof in the form of email conversations that they refused us medical support while we were still in treatment at their facility. This involved the use of medical drugs. Refusing this advice endangered the health of the mother and the transferred embryo. If anyone wants to see this proof, feel free to contact me.nnThe screenshot I added is of the response we got when we asked for a needed prescription after the last embryo transfer we had at their clinic.nSince the transfer was done at their clinic, nobody else is treating us at that time, so we cannot get this prescription from anybody else. It is their responsibility to see it through. Simply refusing to help because they don't like us is irresponsible and as I believe, illegal. But they did it.

Unfortunately, today I had to have a not so nice experience for me and my mother. My mother has acute symptoms. The practice could not be reached by telephone. Reference was made to email. (I think there is a certain amount of age discrimination here, as many older people (80 plus) don't have the Internet and there aren't always young people available who can help you. Unfortunately, it's common practice almost everywhere these days). An open consultation hour was offered on the website. So I went straight to the practice with my mother. (I work full-time and can't always stop what I'm doing). In the practice we were then informed that the open consultation hour would not take place today. (Today's shortage of doctors) Reference was made to tomorrow. As already mentioned, I work full time and can't always just do it. Not the same for the rest of the week because I work in Düsseldorf. There was probably a consultation with the one existing doctor, but it didn't help. I wouldn't have even gone to the open consultation hours with my mother if there had been an announcement either online or on the phone that there would be no open consultation hours today and that the practice was generally only open until 1:00 p.m.nPersonally, I turned my back on the practice more than a year ago because the practice was increasingly rescheduling appointments and availability left something to be desired. Since my mother has been a patient for decades (already with her predecessor), I didn't want to put her through a new practice. I have the impression that my mother's (88-year-old) trust in the practice has been more than disrupted due to this situation.

With my gynecologist, Dr. I am also very satisfied with Rostock, she always has an open ear and can help you well. The employees are always very helpful and friendly. I feel in good hands and can only recommend the practice!.

We have been treated at green ivf for about half a year so far. We had previously visited another fertility center where we did not feel comfortable. Ultimately we came to green ivf and have never regretted this decision. From the MFA at reception to the lady in the billing office to the doctors and the operating room staff, everyone there is incredibly nice and warm. Despite the high volume of patients and high levels of sick leave when I was treated there, I didn't meet anyone in a bad mood. All the employees try their best to spread a good atmosphere and share their fears and hopes with the couples.nAs a medical colleague, I know how stressful everyday work in a doctor's office can be and I give the green ivf team all the more credit for their great work. I was mostly with Dr. Sutter, but also several times with Dr. Schott and Ms. Dr. Ziegler under treatment. All three doctors are great. Finding an appointment was usually easy and emails were replied to within a few hours. It is all the better that I became pregnant after the 2nd ICSI with green ivf. I'm currently in the 9th week of pregnancy, which is of course still very early. Nevertheless, we would like to say THANK YOU for everything. We are incredibly grateful to the team and would like to say huge praise for their great work and organization. We'd love to come back!.
