Disappointing experience with the anesthesia team\n\nAs a doctor, I had full confidence in the medical arrangement - but my experience with the anesthesia team at this clinic was extremely disappointing. What was planned was a purely diagnostic, 15-minute examination, which turned into a nightmare for me. Despite a clear agreement in the preliminary telephone conversation, I was given non-agreed anesthesia medication in a triple combination without my consent. This led to a prolonged and complicated recovery period, but the nursing staff were not informed about this and were unable to respond accordingly.\n\nOnly later, around 2-3 p.m. (arranged pickup between 12-1 p.m.), when I was able to pick up my cell phone, did I call my husband - but I could hardly speak due to exhaustion and the effects of the anesthesia. Instead, I cried on the phone, unable to tell him that something had gone wrong. However, because of my crying, my husband immediately understood that he needed to come over urgently. It wasn't until he arrived and asked what had happened that I was given medication for my severe headaches and incessant vomiting.\n\nWhat was particularly problematic was that the anesthesiologist had already left the clinic before I was fully awake. As a result, I received no information about the deviation from the agreement or the medication administered. It was only after my urgent request that the anesthetist contacted me by telephone two days later and gave unclear indications for the medication administered. There was no apology or a comprehensible explanation, even though I asked for it several times.\n\nThis lack of transparency and patient communication from the anesthesia team is unacceptable to me..

We have been receiving treatment since 2023 and are very satisfied with everything. Although we have not yet become pregnant, we always feel well advised and in good hands. All questions asked are answered and time is always taken if you have any concerns. Both doctors and nurses are all friendly. Telephone arrangements are also very possible. Waiting times are completely okay and not too long. So far we have waited a little longer, but that is completely acceptable. There are always incidents and acute appointments (as in all practices, regardless of discipline) and couples with more questions/concerns or need to talk. Definitely a recommendation from us..

I called at the end of January and got an appointment straight away for February.\n\nUntil all the paperwork was completed, we were able to start in July. I didn't have a direct doctor, I went to every doctor, which didn't really bother me because nothing in the "timetable" was changed. But you have to think for yourself, especially when it comes to injecting between appointments. Sometimes the plan says 3 days of injecting and you only had an appointment on the 5th day, so be sure to pay attention to that and ask.\n\nI can't understand what was mentioned here in the reviews against foreigners. The waiting room was always full, full of different backgrounds. However, you should make an appointment in advance and not just hold things up at reception and ideally have a doctor's consultation at reception, while others then have to wait with an appointment.\n\nWhat should be done better, however, is consent to data protection and the sharing of data for statistics. I didn't want to sign this because I would have agreed to that. The sister (I still remember her name today) literally forced me to do it, but she was able to explain to me why I should sign it if I didn't want to agree (there was no option to put a cross that you don't agree to), but not. That was my first impression on site and unfortunately it will always remain in my memory.\n\nAll the doctors were super nice and so were most of the nurses.\n\nI think it's positive that you can access the laboratory results online, which makes it easier in every respect and should be introduced everywhere.\n\nWe were able to leave the clinic with a positive result on the first try and are more than happy.\n\nThanks so much.
