We received excellent support both through pregnancy with Dr Michael Chor and post-natal home visits with midwife Michelle. The Family Clinic and Ailish are so welcoming and very easy to contact and communicate with. Would 100% recommend! Thank you for all your invaluable support! :)

Dr Cheng prescribed medically unnecessary medications which I did not ask for, and only took it off the bill upon insisting. Always push for tests and scans. I agreed to an ultrasound which is more expensive than other clinics e.g. Central Health, Matilda or Adventist, but only to have my films and radiology report thrown out when I did not go pick it up within a week with no notice. Their nurses threat and harass patients this is what you get for paying over $3000..

I've had a wonderful experience at OT&P Family Clinic. I was moving to Hong Kong pregnant, and the staff and Dr. Zara Chan were amazing at helping me set up everything from abroad. My care was seamless upon my arrival in Hong Kong. Dr. Zara was fantastic and the clinic has been wonderful about following up with my care after a had the baby..

Fantastic clinic with wonderful, caring staff who create an efficient but welcoming, reassuring experience for first time parents. We really enjoyed the training sessions as they were very informative and hands on - and the Best of Both package meant we felt supported throughout our public hospital birth. Would highly recommend to other families!.
