Horrible waiting time. We had an appointment, but still had to wait more than 1 hour. The nurses had really bad attitude. They think it was your fault and you shouldn't complain for waiting 1 hr. I guess they're badly paid, so they dont really appreciate customers or customers' time.

Arrived early to ensure we made our appointment. After sitting for 40 mins went to ask how long more we had to wait and to our shock they said around 2 hours more! Why make an appointment time to have patients wait unreasonably long. Ridiculous and regret booking this clinic which has no respect for patients time..

Terrible waiting time (4hrs!). Doctor / scan service was okay, but he seemed tired, didn't talk much aside from answering our questions. Gave us an envelope with our baby's gender as we wanted to keep it a secret.nnBooked a 20-week fetal morphology scan on a Saturday at 1pm. Arrived 10mins earlier. Were told to come back after an hour or wait for their call since there were still 5 people before us. Came back 2pm, waited in the lobby. Then they called at 3pm to come back. Checked with the receptionist twice at 4pm and again at 430pm, said to just wait. Finally saw the doctor at 5pm. The scan + consultation took only 20mins. Expected longer given the long wait and the price we paid ($3800)nnI understand some patients may take more time, or the doctor had an on call emergency or something. But waiting for another 2 hrs AFTER the receptionist has called you, is just too much.nnSuggestion: show the wait list on the screens. Don't overbook yourselves..

The waiting time is ridiculously long. Not worth for the price and knowing that it is a private clinic.nnLast monday I went here as soon as my PT got positive. I was very anxious being a first time mom and not having it planned so I would like to know if my baby is healthy. I waited for 1hr 30mins before being able to get checked, I thought it was just busy at the time that's why I had to wait that long even though I came 15mins early prior to my booking.nAnyway, I got scanned and the doctor was unable to see the baby. I was already worried. However I am thinking that it may be too early to be seen. The doctor said that it indeed may be too early but insists on making me take a 2-day apart blood test to see if the baby is healthy, ectopic or not doing well. Which made me MORE anxious. I inform my OB friend overseas about this encounter and she said that it is really an unecessary procedure and such a money making strategy. She then explained that if it is ectopic, I should be experiencing terrible abdominal pain already. The doctor should have just told me to come back the next week to try again, seeing that I am already anxious.nnI am also informing the doctor that I did some slimming treatments and IV glutathione/vit c in a beauty salon days/week ago as I am not aware that I am pregnant. But the Dr. just shrug it off. No advise of what medicines/vitamins should I take. He just said that I should take some.nnSo after that I did do the blood test on monday and wednesday. Seeing that the HGC has doubled in numbers meaning that the fetus is healthy as the Dr. first explained.nnMy next appointment is today (21/11) 15:30 but 2 days ago I was informed thar Dr. Suen have a meeting so they moved my booking at 14:00. I agreed and came on time. It is not so busy at the clinic compare to the last week that I came. At 14:45 I'm already losing my patience as I had been waiting for 45mins. My boyfriend asked the reception about how long will it take. They just said to wait for a while. At 15:15, my boyfriend did ask again if atleast I am the next one and if they mixed up my appointment time. The receptionist that there is 1 more patient before me which means I need to wait for another 30mins. I did lose my patience and ask my boyfriend to give up, leave and we'll just find another doctor and clinic that is more caring and do value their patients. I couldn't trust this place to guide me throughout my pregnancy journey so I'd rather wait another day than another hour on this unworthy clinic.nnThis is not a place for pregnant ladies unless you got a lot of time to waste.nnP.S. the midwife/nurse is more caring than the doctor who gave me more info about the next few check up.
