“My experience at this hospital was extremely upsetting. The critical care facilities are very poor, and there is practically no proper ICU setup or emergency response system. During serious situations, patients do not receive the timely or adequate care they deserve. The environment feels unsafe for anyone needing urgent or intensive treatment. I strongly advise others to be very cautious before choosing this hospital.”

Extremely rude and arrogant behaviour. The doctor (Dr. Shipra Singh) spoke with so much attitude as if patients don’t matter at all, because they already have a long queue so one patient more or less doesn’t affect them.nShe was not listening to the patient properly, just rushing and finishing in less than 2 minutes. There is zero empathy and zero professionalism.nFeels like a business, not a hospital.

Overall, experience in this hospital is not good. There is regular followup needed with nerses. Only senior doctor is good, rest junior doctors are not at all good. When it comes to passing information to guardians, it's slow and many people became panic in some situations.nDifficulty in getting quality ambiance or water. You need to take water from outside.nFood will not be served to patient. No canteen available in hospital. They do give some number to order food but the quality is not good and take hell lot of time.nMedivar hospital, kankarbagh is much better than that of this.nnAdding after meeting with pedestrian multiple times:nThere isnno preper response from pedtrician. They will know see your child properly and just give you medicine. They are just money minded people. Atleast i don't trust this hospital.nIf you are planning your baby here , think twice. If time permits, visit to ground flore and observe the situation.

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Shipra Mam for the wonderful care and support during my normal delivery. From my 4th consultation till the safe birth of my baby, the doctor was always patient, kind, and highly professional. She explained everything clearly, gave me confidence, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.nnThanks to the doctor’s expertise and guidance, I had a safe and comfortable delivery. I truly appreciate the personal attention, positivity, and compassionate care provided. No doubt, Dr. Shipra Mam treatment is truly 5-star. 🌟nnHowever, I would like to share a couple of things I noticed during my stay:n* The lift was frequently out of service, and if your patient is admitted on the 5th floor, this can be a real inconvenience.n* Regarding insurance, my policy had a maternity limit of up to 1 lakh. Still, I was allowed a maximum benefit of around 40k for normal delivery. On top of that, I had to purchase all medicines separately and even bear the baby’s consultation charges from my pocket, despite these being covered under my policy. Honestly, this part did not feel right to me.nnOverall, the treatment and medical care were excellent, but I hope these small aspects improve in the future. 👶💐

Got my baby delivered here. Started right from pregnancy confirmation till baby delivery, we were in constant touch with Dr Shipra, got every tests done, visited every scheduled date she asked us to. We had a little complications but Dr Shipra took good care of my wife. Never suggested extra medication or injections. Everything went right and my baby got delivered in 38th week after trying 8 hrs for normal delivery, we went for caesarean. They Took good care of my wife by all staffs.nnBaby had jaundice at 3rd day, got admitted to NICU for phototherapy, the sisters there took good care of my baby. When my baby was discharged, we could see/feel she was taken very good care by the sisters. Thanks for all the hard work.
