There are two different aspects of review here one is for doctor and nursing staff another is for management.nnManagement review: The one star is for the management. I would like to point out a lady named Sharadha. She does not know how to talk with people. She behaves in a manner that she is doing us a favor by providing the service. When we reached the hospital first thing in the morning about 9am for cesarean delivery, she said that there is no private room available and we will have to go for a deluxe room only. Please note that we had planned for this delivery 15 days in advance and at that time the counsellor said the private room will be available. We asked if the private room is not available today please let us know the next date of availability. Her response was I don't know as if all the patients came just today on urgency basis. She handles all the admission and discharge and yet does not know when patients will be discharged. We understood that she is trying to force us today and even if we come at a later date she would not give us a private room. We felt helpless and they made money out of our situation.nnDoctors and nursing staff review: Everything is brilliant here no complaints whatsoever. Very helpful doctors and staff.nnMy only request to the hospital owners is to look for improvement in the management behavior if not done, people will stop coming here for admission and will be using the consultation facility only as no one has to face the management that way.

I recently delivered my child at SBH and my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and supported. The nurses were incredibly attentive, answering all my questions with patience and care, and the doctors were professional and reassuring throughout the entire process. The delivery room was clean, well-equipped, and designed to create a calming environment. I’m deeply grateful for the compassionate and skilled team who helped make the birth of my child a positive and memorable experience..
