Even 1 hour is not enough to get the vaccination done.nVery disappointing OPD registration staff.nn1. We made a prior appointment for 7 P.M for my kids vaccination(only after were told that doctor would be available between 7-8 by the staff)n2. At 7:40 in hospital we were told that doctor is on the hospital round and we are number 2 in queue.n3. We went to the washroom for changing baby diaper Around 7:45.n4. At 7:55, I asked with the receptionist if doctor is in the cabin and was told that doctor has already attended 4 patients while (within 10 min).n5. I asked if we are next in queue, the receptionist replied yes once the patient inside is done with consultation but the nurse denied stating there is one more patient (who is waiting outside)n6. After spending 1 hour at hospital I am being asked to requeue because of staffs poor prioritization rather than first come first serve..

Geeta jain she is very kind lady and she treated like a child.Thank you Geeta jain.and also Dr.ravindar he guided to doctor and he best pediatric and he is friendly behaviour.laction consultant mss dhanwanti. She consult me How to take care baby.and she is very kind lady.she treated like a baby. And also staff do well.keep it. thank you to all of you.and you do good job..

I am very thankful to the doctor geeta jain, Ravinder and electrian consultant mrs dhanvanti or entire team for the excellent care during my wife's delivery. The doctors, nurses, and staff were extremely professional, supportive, and kind throughout the process. They made sure my wife and baby were safe and comfortable at every stage. We are truly grateful for their dedication and warm service. Highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for the best maternity care

Aastha Hospital is the best hospital for maternity care. I am currently consulting with Dr. Geeta Jain for my pregnancy, and she has been incredibly humble and kind, making me feel at ease throughout the process. Lactation consultant Mrs. Dhanwanti has also been very helpful in guiding me on how to handle my baby. My baby's situation was very critical, but Dr. Ravinder Jain has been handling it with great efficiency and expertise. I am truly grateful for the care and support provided by the entire team."
