The doctor is nice but I wouldn't say the same about the staff. I went to get checked up yeast infection- i went alone and as a woman in their mid twenties, I felt like the staff was very judgemental. I wore a dress as it would be easier at the gynec instead of jeans in case i have to get a physical examination and it was knee length too. I was waiting for consultation and while doing so, I was sitting cross legged (one leg on top of the other). And a woman staff just came to me and told me to sit properly. I wasn't even sitting inappropriately:(. Safe to say i won't be going back

I really don't understand how they got 5 rating.\nSurely not to the level of 5 of 5 quality. Staff are bit careless. Doctor prefers to give more medicines. And big problem with this hospital is timing. In Google they say 12 to 7 but usually they close at 5pm. It took 2 weeks for me to receive sna report..

Dr Smitha is the best gynecologist. Her step by step approach of the treatment gives immense confidence to continue the consultation. Their moto is "turning dreams into reality" which is true as per my personal experience. I would recommend Dr. Smitha for any couple who are planning for a healthy pregnancy. She is very polite and friendly. Even the staff is polite and good with their duties..

We visited Dr. Smitha for a routine gynecological issue, but she significantly delayed the entire process. She scheduled a scan a week later and then informed us that she wouldn't be available for the whole week, without any certainty of when she'd return. However, when I called the clinic, I found out she was actually available the entire time.\n\nThis was the first time we encountered a doctor who not only delayed the necessary procedures but also lied to us, wasting a considerable amount of our time. Eventually, we went to Pace Hospital, where everything was completed in a single day. Even the doctor at Pace confirmed that Dr. Smitha had unnecessarily delayed the process.\n\nIt's disheartening to see such unprofessional behavior from a doctor.
