I would urge everyone not to go there no one is helping you if you have a corporate TPA or Normal TPA.\nAll the time the room was full and you approached the reception desk and told him to take care of you They will provide you with 5 star services.\nI refused to take the Economy room and asked for a refer pretends that we are making a huge mistake to visit this hospital.\nI know no one is taking this seriously because all the staff doctors management making only money they don't have feelings to help someone and this the 3rd this but no one opens their eyes.

Patient Review – Dr. Subrata Lahiri, Director & Head of Cardiology, Sant Parmanand Hospital\n\nI have been under the expert care of Dr. Subrata Lahiri since 19th September 2023, following a life-threatening cardiac arrest and heart attack. During my emergency admission, I underwent Primary PTCA with stenting to the RCA (using an Osiro 4.0x30 mm stent). Dr. Lahiri not only saved my life but has since guided me through every step of my cardiac recovery with extraordinary skill, patience, and compassion.\n\nOver the months, I have been following up with him regularly for checkups and management of my cardiac condition. Dr. Lahiri has shown remarkable diligence, never rushing a single consultation and always ensuring every concern is addressed.\n\nMost recently, when it became clear that my left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was not improving despite medication and lifestyle modifications (staying at 35%), Dr. Lahiri recommended the implantation of a Double Chamber AICD (Automatic Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator) as a prophylactic measure to prevent sudden cardiac arrest. The decision came after he thoroughly explained the reason behind this suggestion, detailing the device, its components, surgical process, and the risks and benefits.\n\nHis honesty, clarity, and confidence made my decision simple: I told him I had complete and unwavering trust in his judgment and didn’t feel the need to seek a second opinion. He still offered me the option, showing the kind of humility rare in doctors of his stature.\n\nMy admission was scheduled for 16th May 2025. The procedure, done on 16th itself, involved the implantation of the Gallant DR AICD\n\nDr. Lahiri personally conducted the procedure and reassured me throughout, checking in constantly as I was conscious during the implantation. I was completely at ease under his care. Post-surgery, he monitored me closely in the Cath Lab ICU and provided very clear post-operative instructions for medication, wound care, and recovery.\n\nI visited him multiple times for dressing changes, which he personally handled. Finally, he removed the stitches after ensuring everything had healed perfectly.\n\nI want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Lahiri and his wonderful team—especially Ms. Kavita Rai, who coordinated everything so smoothly.\n\nTo anyone who is advised to get an AICD implant, or is facing complex cardiac care decisions, I can say this with complete sincerity: You can trust Dr. Lahiri with your eyes closed. He is not just an exceptional cardiologist, but a truly compassionate human being who puts his patients’ wellbeing above all else.\n\nThank you, Dr. Lahiri, for giving me a second life and for continuing to safeguard it with such commitment.

Extremely disappointed with the management. The entire waiting area was overcrowded with marketing staff, leaving no space for patients or their attendants. A hospital is supposed to be a place of calm and care, but this one was filled with constant noise and chaos — far from the peaceful environment one would expect. Definitely not up to the mark. 👎🏻.
