TLDR: It's a factory, a place of robotic operations. Nothing about this place can be termed as human. If you are your early consultation journey - don't go here. Yes, maybe for IVF you can go here (maybe)nnNo empathy, not a single conversation that makes you feel at ease and have a good experience while being on a journey that's highest in a person's lifetime.nnTalking about their consultation - we were asked what medication my wife is taking currently? We were shocked - I mean, you are the ones prescribing medication and you asking us what are we taking?nnSecond, we have been asked to take blood tests - not a single report ever got delivered to us. What happened, what's normal, what's not? Never consulted.nnThird, every time we go for a visit, the doctor or their team has no idea about where we are in our journey - what medication we are on, what happened during our last visit, nothing.nnGood thing - the person who is there for hospitality (like giving water and tea, etc) is so nice that she's the only one who cares and has a real conversation with us.nnIn short, this is one of the worst experiences I have had in a medical institution. I read a review and I chose to ignore it and it came back to haunt us. They are too busy dancing for Instagram and all they care about is IVF..

Right from the beginning of my pregnancy journey, Rupal hospital and all their staff were incredibly supportive and informative in their approach. Trust and security is important to every to-be parent; and the hospital not only met our expectations, but exceeded them exceptionally. Even when the doctor was away for a personal holiday, she made sure her team was available to help me in any regards, and she herself was in constant contact with us and the team to make sure my birthing went smoothly. My comfort and the baby’s health and comfort were kept paramount during my pregnancy, delivery and post birth as well. Incredibly thankful for the team at Rupal Hospital..
