Unprofessional behaviour experience by sisters during my daughter-in-law delivery. Rest all other services are very good. Reception staffs are very friendly and attentive whenever needed. Doctors are also good and answers all the queries when required. Thank you.

My wife’s delivery was handled with utmost care and professionalism. The hospital maintains excellent cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and comfortable environment for both mother and baby.\n\nThe entire staff, from the housekeeping team to the nurses and doctors, were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Their friendly attitude made us feel very comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay.\n\nA heartfelt thanks to Dr. Priya, not only for her exceptional care during the delivery but also for her constant support throughout the entire 9-month pregnancy journey—right from the time we confirmed the pregnancy. Her guidance, timely advice, and reassuring presence at every check-up gave us immense confidence and peace of mind. She was always approachable and treated us with genuine care and concern, which made a big difference throughout this special time.\n\nOne of the most commendable aspects was the strong encouragement and support for normal delivery. The medical team made every effort to ensure a natural birthing process, patiently monitoring and guiding us through each stage.\n\nWe would also like to specially thank Shiju from the finance team for his patience and understanding of our concerns. He was very cooperative, explained everything clearly, and ensured a smooth and stress-free billing process.\n\nThe pricing is also very reasonable compared to other hospitals, and the quality of service is top-notch. I have visited for laproscopic surgery for stage 4 endometriosis.. we are new to bangalore and some doctor in hyderabad suggested this hospital. We have seen the history of Dr.Ramesh and confidently approached even though it is 1.30 hr distance from our home.. Highly satisfied with entire process. Doctors are very patient to address all your queries and assure you the best treatment. Hospital rooms and premises are very well maintained..Nurses, receptionists, cleaning staff , security persons each and every one are so friendly and make you comfortable. My Surgery is successful without any complications. Experts with patience are rare these days.. Strongly recommended for any complications for women and IVF.
