Specialized treatment in arthritis and similar kinds of diseases. Consultation waiting time is too long because of the rush at the hospital. Care and service seem good, and treatment costs are also high. Adding a few photos. The location is just the opposite side of the Kia showroom at Nettoor. Do visit if necessary.

Worst customer service ever. The staff in the reception was rude and so was the nurse. The staff named Fexy specifically speaks very rudely and absolutely without any sense of respect. The doctor is great, he is very kind and helpful and provides excellent care. But the patient is however not well taken care of at this clinic by the staff and it is not easy to get through and see the doctor unless you intend to spend more than 6 hours waiting just cause you are a new patient. They need to sort some system to fix appointments in a way that both new patients and old patient revisits are planned well, causing lesser trouble and frustration amongst all. Hope better staff who are more professional and kind are hired and I hope no other patient faces the same as I did.
