Review of Ncare IVF Centre from Tony Mathew
A bunch of unprofessional people who gives zero value to people’s Time. booked for 1:30 pm on previous day, next day double checked on 11:30 am they said good to go 1:30 pm can come for scanning. and when we came they 1:15 pm they said oh you need to wait some hours oru 3 peeru koodi kaanikkan und. we already said our home is near by so we cant come and wait there as wife is carrying with twins and she is soo weak and struggling with back pain. Stupid team who doesn’t know client management. as everyone mentions, Dr. Jyothi is soo good. thats the only and only reason people don’t throw stones to this mismanaged unprofessional reception people. nearly 3 hours have passed and i am still waiting to scan.

Very bad experience. Generated erroneous lab results, delivered the news with utter lack of empathy & suggested complicated & expensive procedure projecting that as our last & only resort. Thankfully took second opinion & saved ourselves
