My wife recently delivered our baby at PRS Hospital, and we had a very good experience. The doctors especially Dr Binitha Segin Mam and nurses were kind, helpful, and professional. They took great care of my wife and our baby during the whole process. The hospital was comfortable, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. We are very thankful to everyone there. I am a frequent visitor of dialisis unit of PRS Hospital, Trivandrum,for the treatment of my father and would like to share my experience. The medical services provided were generally satisfactory. Dr. Geetha is highly professional, attentive, and caring. The nursing staff were also very supportive, kind, and responsive to patient needs. The dialysis technicians showed great skill and compassion in their work, and the cleaning staff maintained good hygiene standards in the wards.\n\nHowever, there are a few areas that need urgent improvement. Notably, there is no toilet facility on this floor, which is extremely inconvenient for caregivers. Additionally, there is no wash basin facility, which is essential for maintaining proper hygiene, especially in a hospital setting.\n\nImproving these basic amenities would greatly enhance the overall patient experience. I hope the hospital management takes note and addresses these concerns promptly..

Staff behavior is very bad
@PRS_Hospital im feeling bad because very bad behaviour from staff like a government hospital today my token was 22 for doctor sinchu and i reach there on time but his assistant was very angary she treat us very rude,this type of attitude will affect hospital reputation
