The ambience of the clinic was very pleasant—clean, calm, and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease.nnThe entire staff (I really want to name everyone but I know only few) was extremely polite, humble, and professional, and guided me through every step with care and clarity.nnA special thanks to Nurse Ashwini and Nurse Bhakti, who were incredibly supportive throughout the procedure.nAshwini Bodke has a very good and caring nature, very sincere and knowledgeable at her work and her reassuring presence made the whole experience even smoother and more comfortable.nI also want to appreciate the staff at the reception/registration.
