"I'm so grateful to Dr. Monisha mam for her excellent care and effective face surgery. Her skill and friendliness made a significant difference in my recovery. I'd also like to thank Dr. Arun sir for his outstanding treatment on my clavicle bone fractures and right leg foot surgery. His professionalism and attention were amazing, and The entire process was difficult, but the doctors' skill and kindness had a big impact on my recovery. Thanks a lot....,

I recently visited Sai Fertility Hospital, Chengalpattu for my mother’s health emergency on 14th July 2025 around 10 PM. My mother had a high fever (peaking at 106°F) with severe shivering, and we rushed her to the hospital. The duty doctor administered IV paracetamol and later advised ICU admission as her condition worsened.nnFurther investigations revealed a urinary infection that had spread to her kidneys (confirmed via CT scan). She was admitted to ICU at 12:15 AM on 15th July 2025.nn✅ What went well:nnICU treatment was excellent. The doctors and nurses were attentive and took very good care of my mother.nnShe was shifted to a Deluxe Room on 16th July at 5 PM and remained there until 18th July.nnDoctors clearly explained her condition and progress every day.nnRooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, medical care was satisfactory.nn❌ What disappointed us:nThe billing process left us with a bitter experience:nnThe bill showed 7 disposable bedsheets and pillow covers (₹200 each), but only 3 were actually used (2 in ICU and 1 in the Deluxe Room).nnAdditionally, we were billed for 2 diapers, which were never used by my mother during her stay.nnWhen I raised these concerns, no staff took responsibility. I waited for over 2 hours hoping for a resolution or refund, but nothing happened.nn💬 This is not about the money, but about trust and transparency. It feels wrong to pay for items that were never used, especially during a vulnerable time for our family. It raises questions about billing practices and basic accountability.nn🙏 I sincerely request the hospital management to look into this issue and take corrective action to ensure transparency and fairness in billing. Small lapses like these can leave a lasting negative impression despite the good medical care..

We had a long and emotional journey trying to conceive after our marriage. Fortunately, we came across Dr. A.M. Indira, Gynecologist at Sai Fertility Hospital, Chengalpattu, and we are truly grateful. From day one till the delivery day, she took utmost care of us with compassion and professionalism. With God’s blessings and her support, we are now proud parents of a baby boy!nnWe would like to sincerely thank Dr. Indira and her entire team of nurses. A special mention to:nnMs. Sobana Priya and Ms Revanthi, whose positive words and constant counseling helped us during difficult times.nnMs. Nandhini, who ensured we had the right medication and timely guidance throughout.nnMs. Meena, Ms. Kamachi, Ms. Priya, and Ms. Pricella, whose kindness, experience, and words of encouragement meant a lot to us.nnAll the nurses at the hospital were extremely supportive. My mom recently underwent a hysterectomy surgery, which was performed by Dr. A.M. Indira. We are very grateful for the excellent care she received. Dr. Indira was very kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which helped us feel calm and confident. The nurses were also very caring and always ready to help.nnThe hospital was clean and well-organized, making the whole experience easier for our family. My mom is doing well now, and we truly appreciate the support and care provided by Dr. Indira and the entire medical team. Thank you for taking such good care of her..

Subject: Feedback on Recent Experience at Sai HospitalnnI visited Sai Hospital two days ago as my husband was suffering from a severe fever and required urgent medical attention. While the doctor and the treatment provided were excellent, I was quite disappointed with the management and front office service.nnDespite the urgency of the situation, the front office staff insisted that we pay the consultation fee before allowing us to meet the doctor. The payment process itself was very slow, taking more than 10–15 minutes for a single transaction, which added to the stress of the moment.nnFurthermore, the pharmacy service was also quite poor. The staff at the pharmacy were inattentive—engaging in casual conversations, laughing, and delaying the process of issuing medicines even after we submitted the prescription.nnThis overall experience was quite disheartening, especially during a time of emergency.
